Also glad you're taken care of your health but plz note shrimp is so so high in sodium & chicken skin isn't good for anyone either fried, baked nor grilled etc . They do have skin less chicken. At least try it . I sent u a post prior about slowing down eating because u eat so fast that your food won't digest properly. I lost over 50 pounds and I have high cholesterol so it’s not all about the weight. Do what you have to do for you find your mission and go from there. I used to live in Vegas I’m from California and I needed having 2 kids and I knew Vegas wasn’t the place for kids so I left and I’m back home in California so yes I do agree , Vegas was good for me when I was single with no kids now I’m single with 2 so yea I definitely left. Lol .
