I’m Q'Zion, a teenage girl looking to share her bookish and writerly ways with the world. Welcome to my bookish diaries! I am a devoted Christian, major K-Pop fan, lover of fantasy novels, straight-A student, and a writer! And I want to thank you so much for joining on my writing journey! Your support is greatly appreciated! 💗
Don't judge a book by its cover😉. Kidding, I do it all the time. Do you usually go into the bookstore with a book in mind or just look around? And how do you find something you like? 📖Also, most books by Gordon Korman are good 👍
Don't we all lol? I may have books on my TBR that I want to read, but I like to be inspired when I go to the bookstore; whatever calls to me--based on cover, description, etc--is what I get. Thanks for the recs and for watching! ✨
I have an IPhone since the 6, I have an IPad, Apple Watch and I still have my MacBook Air from 2013, but my MacBook is desperate need for an upgrade. It is starting to show how old it is. But I am looking to upgrade to the IMac either pink or purple. I’m thinking about getting the 8Gb Ram and 512 gb of storage. Let me know how yours runs
📖 📚Love the vid! Book shopping truly is fun. I love rainbow loom! I used to make bracelets all the time lol. It’s so fun to relive childhood experiences. Also, the loom characters are adorable!
Fun is an understatement lol. Yes, bracelet making was a huge part of my early childhood, as well-getting to relieve it is always a great experience. Thank you! ✨
Another fanatic video! I loved learning about project evergreen! Portal fantasy is so cool and deserves much more love :) also, i would love a video about worldbuilding!
I love goodwill! We don’t live by one but my cousins do so it’s always fun to stop by goodwill when visiting them. We make it a family thing lol. They have such cool things! I remember finding Eldest at Goodwill haha
Late to the party, but i enjoy your videos so much! It’s so cool to see fellow teen authors and their contents! I love both your vlogs and these chatty videos! Keep up the good wok!
Thank you so much! I agree; it’s always nice to meet fellow teen authors and writers. I’m glad you enjoy my videos. There are many more, coming soon! 🎀
Hi, I'm 14 years old and I'm thinking about writing my first book. So far I have been writing a lot of stories, sometimes short and sometimes longer, but either way they were only stories. Would you have some advice for me and would you recommend trying to write and publish my own book at that age? I would be extremely grateful ♡♡♡ I'm going to watch this video now!
Hi! Thank you so much for watching and commenting. It’s so awesome to read and write a variety of stories. I think it’s so important for us to explore writing of many kinds; it is this way that we get to know our own style and preferences. If I could I give you any advice, I would say don’t rush to publish; work towards it, and only pursue it when your heart says ‘this is the book.’ It may take time to really know that feeling, but when the book is right, it’s right. Have an amazing day and keep writing. ✨
Loving all of the the new uploads recently! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 Watching all of the amazing authortube vlogs helps me and many others stay motivated while writing either as a hobby or even those who'd like to officially publish! I recently came out of a writing slump and wrote almost 2K words in one sitting the other day woohoo! 🙌🏻 I can't wait to see what comes next in your writing journey, Q'Zion!
Yay! Getting back in the zone after a writing slump is one of the best feelings a writer can have. Thanks for your kind words! I look forward to giving you all more content, in the future. ✨🌸💖
you are so pretty! 💕 thank you for sharing the excerpt from project evergreen; the characters' personalities are so vivid, even in such a short passage. and "altered art" is a really cool phrase ❤
Aww, thank you so much! I appreciate the feedback on the excerpt. It can always be a little nerve-wracking reading my work to others. But ultimately, your compliments make it so worthwhile. 🌹
Hi! It is absolutely worth it! So far I would rate my iMac a 9/10! The computer works really well with great graphics! The keyboard and mouse have a battery that lasts for a long time (though I’m still figuring out how to charge them.) The volume and sound are very clear! I can easily access my files used for creative writing and my schooling. It looks really nice on my desk and the setup was an easy transition from an HP laptop. It’s not great for gaming though; but a great monitor for work, school, content editing/creating, writing, etc!
Thank you so much for replying, I ended up getting one and I don’t regret it Lool it’s great. To charge the keyboard and battery you charge it in the port and just plug it in but you can’t use them while they charge x
Hi, Tonyae! Actually, I made it myself! I got the images off of Pinterest, downloaded them to my computer, and arranged them with some stickers/graphics in Canva! If you want, I could make a tutorial! ✨
Great video! One thing, the music in the beginning is very loud compared to the audio of your voice afterwards. But you've earned my sub! Hope you have a great day.
lovely unboxing!!!! the keyboard is actually Bluetooth the same as the mouse so it does not need to be plugged in all the time. The only time it has to be plugged in is when charging it. same with the mouse. Hope this helps <3
Thank you, for sharing this very nice video. Picked-up my first Apple All-in-One in 1996, a 5400 Power Mac. In 2005, I got my first iMac system a glossy white 20-inch G5 desktop. Today, I use my G5 iMac as my back-up desktop and to watch and record over the air TV shows and movies (smile...smile).
Hi Q'Zion! I'm so glad you're back posting again! I just turned 16 back in July and recently got my permit last month as well. It's a huge milestone and congrats on your journey. The best advice I can give (and what I regret doing) is to not stress or worry so much about it! Study the manual and do your best on the test. I studied the book frontwards and backwards and once it was all said and done, I realized it wasn't worth stressing over lol. Thank the Lord I actually got it on the first try! 🙌 Another tip that helped me was to take practice tests online based off of your state (the questions online helped A LOT and are actually similar to the real test) and also watch RU-vid videos on driving instructions too! And most importantly, pray! I hope this helps! ☺️ Wishing you all the best!
Hi, Lexi! Oh my God, how awesome! It’s so nice to connect with other teenagers on this platform; I feel like their aren’t enough teen channels on RU-vid, so it really warms my heart to be able to connect with you guys! Also, thanks for the tips! I plan to get my permit, as well, soon! I’ll be sure to update you guys when I do! 💗
@@writingitright I love coming across other small teen RU-vidrs as well! It's really nice to be able to relate to someone my age online. I hope everything goes well with your permit and I'm glad the tips are helpful! ☺️
Hi! I just look up something like ‘flower symbols’ in Google, go to a website where they have some nice options, and copy and paste! It’s a really simple way to add a little touch to your documents! Thanks for asking! ✨
I'm also a teen writer but in writer's block. 😿I'm trying to get inspired by other writer's here on RU-vid and on Tiktok. You're underrated seriously. U deserve more subs and likes.
Hi! It’s so nice to meet you! Authortube is definitely a good place to go to get inspired! Also, thank you so much! I appreciate comments like yours! ✨💕✨
I would LOVE to hear more about this story!! You seem like a very interesting writer and I'm genuinely interested in The Abandonment of Abadon (I hope I spelled that right), I cannot wait until you release it!!! I'm also writing a fantasy book, good luck!! :] (I'm also a pancer at heart, haha)
