Wasn't quite old enough when this first come out... but, jeez.... just how COOL was this? The time when every hippy fool was gonna change things through taking loads of drugs and doing nothing aside from strumming a guitar... these 4 invented the future. To think this was 1978... So unique and edge cutting back then. Kraftwerk clearly ahead of their time. Sad when Florian Schneider passed in 2020. He's timeless and his legacy in music lives on for all time.
Reality is stranger than fiction, they say. Maybe an example of that could be to cite that although this stuff is 40 years old, it is still groundbreaking today.
Cannot wait to see this album performed live on 5/25th!!! I did see Karl Bartos perform at a really shit rave in FL in 2003 but no one would probably believe me.
