You won't make the figures you were quoting through Airbnb i have 15 units and during low season good luck however during Nov, Dec and January and Feb max is where you would be making the figures you quoted March to - October you would barely even make half of what you quoted. Your content also lacks proper assumptions its all ballpark figure based.

No it's totally legal. What he talks is just plain not true. You have usually a one year contract and depending on the area they can go up to 20% and more per year. Each side can decide to renew or not to renew. As simple as that I don't know where he gets his info from, but I live there since 12 years, been living in every area, from Al Nahda2 up to the Palm, moved 7 times. I really do not know what he talks about
They wont let you do this in istanbul, regarding the license, and strict regulations ! im already running 5 units in istanbul and giving it away back to the owners !

This is how it works in Dubai, all these agents try to cheat customers with fake photos and fake prices. Hoping for the customer to say yes as they had to drive and wait to go there. That’s why they make you wait longer, the longer you wait the more chances you take it as you get tired of dealing with these agents.
Rent on Airbnb in the heart of dubai (all bills included) right now is cheaper than my regular apartment in the middle of a mediocre neighbourhood (just the rent without bills or anything) 🤦🏽♀️
