Poonam ji, your video is not showing. Instead there is a 1 minute 53 second ad kind of video 'How to Start Export/ Import Business from home without Investment' . I thought the ad will get over and the recipe video will begin, but no; the ad gets over and nothing happens. Do kindly take a look. I am going to exit the video and try again.
First time I watched your blog. First of all I liked your voice n specially your way of talking. Your presentation also is very good. I liked the way you made the Upma, with specific measurements n the method n the two versions. My query is in Hotel style Upma, after adding curd, you did not add little salt because curd would reduce the effect of salt. Secondly in Upma, specially Hotel style, there is necessarily a good amount of sugar, making it bit sweetish. And when there is curd, little sugar is must to balance the taste. Sugar is necessary also in Home style Upma although it is optional.
