Thank so so much for the video. Great aesthetics. One wish: Could the music be eliminated or at least be more quiet. Your voice is beautiful and the music is louder than your voice.
Honestly the WORST biktam video I've ever followed. Inconsistent timing of each posture, no description of transition, no variation for beginners / intermediate / advanced. No flow between just cuts to the next posture. No breath indicators. No corpse pose timing nor sit up instruction after each corpse pose. You go from lying down to all of a sudden being on knees. Jarring, and frankly, dangerous. Especially if someone is a beginner, this nonsense could cause injury. DO NOT USE THIS VIDEO TO INSTRUCT YOUR PRACTICE
Great video but would be better without the music, or have the gal speak much louder. I did Bikram for 16 years and have stopped due to being retired on a fixed income, other than the music issue this is a perfect practice of me. Thank you
On standing bow, both of them began poorly in different ways. Woman in red immediately began leaning forward, reducing the engagement of her hips immensely; her knee was not locked either. The other lady did the classic error of falling in slightly sideways, which also means the legs, core and hips were not initially engaged fully. The spinal twist for both should start at the top of the posture with the arms raised.
i am very fresh to yoga,Wonderful tutorial and its do-able . Hope the video can explain when to inhale and exhaleas well . During yoga my breath is haywire.
Excellent guide for doing Bikram at home. I have done Bikram in a studio but actually understood how to do many of the poses better after watching this. I practice with the video three times a week and have seen a lot of progress.
Why u western people are so dumb.. if we Indians have the power to operate in other countries we would have jailed or killed him.. Defaming yoga and doing it wrongly is extremely dangerous.. Hot yoga is no yoga.. this is bullshit ..they are sexualizing this .. Better if u want to know and do what real yoga is this link might guide u.. just a small help from my side ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-4H0T6yS2Cqc.html
Yes came from Netflix BUT, I teach Pilates and own a studio. I went through these poses twice and there is a huge difeerence between my first run through and my second. I definately feel better! I'm in my early 50's and I have had 3 laminectomy's, a disc replacement I have horrible shoulder and of course neck issues and this definitely helped m movement patterns. Excellent, bc I do not like yoga (vinyasa my fav but still not good for my body) I made a micro tear in my labrum last time I did it 3 months ago.. no more of that for me. This as terrific.
