Natural nail care tips and nail designs. I have been a lifetime nail biter until several years ago. I had acrylic nails for a while, initially to stop the nail biting cycle, then I got hooked on having nice nails. Unfortunately I became allergic to acrylic and I had to remove them. I was devastated and although my natural nails were in a bad state because of the acrylics I set about finding as much information as I could on how to grow healthy natural nails. I've set up this channel to give back and hopefully by sharing what I've learned I can help others have beautiful natural nails too!

I was looking so forward to this & it didnt disappoint. Very good tutorial. I like the way you file. Such a good length. I do wear gloves when i wash dishes. Thanks for all the tips
I've picked them up gradually over the years...and guess what I get for my birthday/Christmas gifts?? I get allocated a budget and then buy what I want! A lot have been picked up as bundles on Ebay, or special offers too! Sometimes TK Maxx have OPI'S/Essie's at a good price also. It is easier to get these deals in the UK, but here in France where we live now Amazon is the only place I've found and they tend to be expensive (so when I go back to the UK for a visit.....😂😂🎉🎉💅💅) Yes I do have my go to colours....pinks and purples usually, although I'm starting to like orange in the summer. Selecting a colour can be a challenge! I tend to go with how I 'feel' - whatever seems to pop out at me at the time and also depending on what I'm wearing! I'm not particularly imaginative so always looking for inspiration!
I liked the video and by the way the tripod is great. Congratulations to your husband Ialso wanted to advise him to continue using oil or soaking with warm oil on his nails once a week since strong nails also tend to be dry as is my case and Ihave noticed great strength and at the same time flexibility. I hope you understand me, English is not my native language
i am excited to see the videos about applying loose glitter to nails as well as the ones about top coats! for the record, i think it's lovely to have your pets keep you company while you do your manicure :] thank you for this video! i love watching long videos while i paint my nails.
I have videos on cuticle care and filing but yes I could do a video following my general nailcare routine...maybe a start to finish manicure (whole routine) I've been considering this idea for a while. Thank you for the compliment ☺️ 💅
I have used that beautiful red color before . It is a great go to red color. My late moms favorite OPI color for me was Im not really a waitress. I would love to see you do a video of that
Thank you! I really don't...it's all about the 'Clean up' check out my tutorial on nail polish clean up 😉 ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-pOfzABr-71c.htmlsi=x0wy8rTjjD_QE_4S Other than that it's just practise. Keep at it, you'll improve 😊
@kathyfriday3402 Great! Good luck. There is also a tutorial on applying nail polish if that helps 😊 ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-IKmAayDLsMc.htmlsi=X93veemvamlu04F7
Amazon or Ebay sell silk wrap - this one is from 'The Edge' brand but lots of other brands make it. Make sure you get one with a self adhesive backing. Good luck 😊
You made that look so easy 😁The slow-motion segments were BRILLIANT - they made this the best application video I’ve ever seen, and I’ve watched lots! I’m amazed at how slowly you move the brush - I’m always scared my polish is going to start drying if I don’t get it done quickly. Thank you for making this video ❤
Great video, thanks! I often use clips, but until watching this had never used a nail brush after polish removal to clean off the remover. I just did that on my toenails and it felt great 😃
I do the same thing except I only wait 90s, unless it is glitter then I wait 5 min. Can you do a video on how you store your nail polish and supplies? I organize mine by brand but starting to thing by colour might be better.
Thanks for the feedback. Timings can vary depending on the polish remover used and the number and thickness of polish layers - I habitually apply a minimum of 5/6 layers of polish (including base and topcoats) and use a good quality yet gentle non acetone nail polish remover from Lidl (here in France) and for me 5 minutes is about right. Yes, I'll have a think about that idea regarding storage....Good idea 😊
I really appreciate this. I've been painting my nails for quite a long time but if I could master this technique they will look so much better.i need to find 100% acetone because I've been trying it with nail polish remover and too many swipes in the cuticle area. Thank you.
You're very welcome! Yes, it can be done with nail polish remover but 100% acetone is more effective for this purpose. You should be able to get it from amazon or Ebay. Just make sure you get a kolinsky sable brush or the acetone will dissolve the fibres! Good luck and thank you for watching 😊
