I wish you made one of these to fit sportbikes like the RS660. There are other captive chain adjusters on the market for the RS660 but they are unnecessarily complicated and expensive and some are even downright silly looking. Your version shown here for dirtbikes seems like the simplest obvious answer. I don't get why they don't just build them this way stock in the first place.

I can't seem to find an aluminum square nut to remove the block attached to the spindle. Any alternatives to this. ?

I installed this setup over the weekend on my 2019 KTM. The red loctite had to be installed twice, the threads on the sprocket side axle block didn't want to hold. And once installed, there's a fair amount of play, even with the axle fully adjusted and nut tightened up... I think this is a great idea but somehow the factory setup fits a little better

Did you purchase the correct size? We have two options for KTMs as they have different axle sizes

Hi Al, if one of the blocks is broken in half we recommend replacing it.

Yes the others are copies from Taiwan. Bolt originated the idea and product and it is all made in the USA.

@Bolt2Moto yea theirs a reason im driving a 100 that i paid 240 for because i dont have that cash but it was a hell of a deal thing rips at highrpm but slow as hell wel low rpms

@davison1021 Ummm....there is a simple solution to achieve what you desire...sell you 100 and buy a 125. Yamaha has done all the work for you!
