I installed this setup over the weekend on my 2019 KTM. The red loctite had to be installed twice, the threads on the sprocket side axle block didn't want to hold. And once installed, there's a fair amount of play, even with the axle fully adjusted and nut tightened up... I think this is a great idea but somehow the factory setup fits a little better

Did you purchase the correct size? We have two options for KTMs as they have different axle sizes

I can't seem to find an aluminum square nut to remove the block attached to the spindle. Any alternatives to this. ?

Brian Craft Thanks for the information, I was going to buy some cheaper Taiwan ones because I wasn't sure. I will pay the extra and get the Bolt ones.

Yes the others are copies from Taiwan. Bolt originated the idea and product and it is all made in the USA.

I think you forgot your locking nuts that tighten to the swingarm...

Hi Al, if one of the blocks is broken in half we recommend replacing it.
