We were not provided with up to date information, rté moderated the panel discussions, our questions were all vetted by civil servants, all group discussions were directed by civil servants, the topics for each meeting were decided by civil servants and no minutes were kept of their meetings...we had no input into setting the agenda and the final report was a box ticking exercise.
