Hi Halima, your feet are really beautiful, especially those fabulous soles! They look amazing even with cracked heels and it's really mesmerizing watching them up close as you exfoliate them! That electric foot file seems quite effective but I guess a manual foot file would probably work better. Could you please make a longer foot exfoliation video showing again how you remove the dead skin from your gorgeous feet with various pedicure tools?
I've been using blotting brushes for over 25 years. They are better than brushing from my perspective. I was taught by my teacher who was taught by his teacher in India. It's an ancient practice. They used to use sticks to stimulate the gums to prevent them from receding as well as from harmful bacterial growth as when you blot saliva is stimulated which helps with digestion as well as maintaining the proper bacteria in the mouth. I didn't go to the dentist for over five years. When I finally went the dentist was surprised it was so long as my teeth were in great shape. I asked the dental hygienist who cleaned my teeth what condition they were in regarding plaque as I hadn't been to a dentist is so many years. Her response was "whatever you are doing, keep doing it!" So I shall.

I love mine! Even tho the process is decades old, it’s so innovative💚The brushes seem to unearth and absorb plaque. You’ll notice an influx of fresh saliva and an overall clean feeling after each use ✔️

@@HeyMariahAnne totally understand that✔️the video is grainy and Incomplete . I Tapp along the gum line, not pressing too hard, and basically just allow the brush to absorb the plaque in the smoother areas like under the tongue along the inner cheeks and I do a sweeping Motion -from the back of the tongue towards the tip. Then I rinse the brush thoroughly altho many don’t. Tapping The brush on the sink surface-after rinsing brings even chia seeds to the surface so they can also be rinsed down the drain.
You look great in all if them, but not so much in the hot pink. The orange cheeks and brown lips wd look great together. The red lips were great, too. Gotta luv a real time Mom who is totally legit !!!
