Welcome to my channel! I was born with the wanderlust and have been living a passionate life filled with travel, adventure, unique hobbies, love, and a rewarding career. I am truly blessed. During COVID times, I have spent the past year at home in Maine with my wife and our brood of animals. I have become quite the gardener and chef, but have done little travel. Now I am fully vaccinated and getting ready to embark upon a 7 week, solo road trip with my Toyota 4-Runner. I have decked out the inside for car camping and plan to "wing it" for most of my trip. I have a rough travel outline designed around seeing family throughout the US. I have already been to all 50 states, but have set a new goal to visit all of the US national parks. So far I have been to 35, so I hope to go to a few more this summer! I also have a terrible memory for my life (I prefer to think I live in the moment) and thus this RU-vid channel will be my "memory." Follow along and check out my adventures!
There was a riding mower on the tarmac. lol Thanks for sharing this video! Mom and I are staying a couple doors down from there in 2 wks. This made me even more excited.
Denise…I loved this video! What first caught me was MOM AND I DO….🤣 Your mom is a blast. And you are like the next door neighbor tour guide❤️ In a few days two of my best friends and I will be driving from Door County, WI, to Mackinac island. For two of us, this is a first! And you’re one of the first videos that didn’t go into a fudge shop! Looking forward to our trip and hope we get to see all that you did! TFS💕
Thanks for sharing. I will definitely add this Airbnb to our list. Did y’all stay here the whole week. I was thinking about staying in two airbnbs , one south and one on the north side.
Thanks so much for posting this! I'll be there this summer and have been scouring the web for videos of Copa de Arbol --- yours is really unique. It's great to see what it's like on the beach and hear the sounds of the jungle. As well as seeing the cabina. Very cool!
We did our tour through a tour operator: Expediciones Tropicales Day Tours. They had already made the reservations. The tour included a coffee plantation tour and La Paz waterfall gardens. I would recommend them!
An employee at the Mollie Kathleen told us about a dirt road just outside of town where she believed we could pan. I can’t remember the name of the road though. We didn’t research it, just went. Nobody bothered us.
@@denisebluhm4036 I get that some random lady said you could but you have to be careful not to get caught because the mine owns all the mineral rights to cripple creek and victor. That includes the “dirt road” (it’s called shelf road) there is only a tiny triangle of land in cripple creek that is blm land but it’s all rock so you obviously can’t go panning there.
Not going to lie. I was hoping that this was going to be some kind of movie of her running around the back yard after she decided to tend them without the proper gear, with some kind of comical circa 1920's black & white piano music as the back track.
That has happened, I just wasn’t recording it. I was sitting in my office working on someone as Amy ran through the backyard peeling her clothes off because bees were stinging her through her clothes🙂. Then - she got a full bee suit!
