I do have the rudaksha. I once watch a video where Sadhguru said only certain people can wear this. Please assist with information. Its because of that i haven't worn it. I had to keep it away from the home. Thank you in advance 🙏
He also says that the only panchmukhi rudraksha can be worn by everyone. So if you don't know which Rudraksha you should wear, then you can wear panchmukhi rudraksha without hesitation. Other rudrakshas are not for everyone.
