In Ao tradition the bamboo u r cutting is definitely wrong....in. Short the cutting one which u have shown must be the mouth for putting stuff and bamboo definitely the wrong choice.... We preserve our tradition.. N we follow our Great grand parents style.
I cook better than you because you are not using the bamboo shoots and in naga's recipe bamboo shoots is very important,I am also loved it, you are not a Naga.. I am bengali from Arunachal.
chatney looks so tasty l never knew that fresh bambooshoot can be made chatney. cooking style is almost same like us Garo only the kar made out of ashes is different , we use to sook in water and filter it not directly mix ashes anyway love to learn your recipe of fresh bambooshoot. thanks a lot.
