Just found a PSP at the thrift shop for 8$ it was taken apart. Honestly have no idea what the guy was trying to do. No speakers, the film around the screen is off. Parts here and there. Screws flopping around inside. Didn’t even put it back together. Hell they didn’t even bother putting the shoulder button back on.. what the hell were they doing??? I put what I can back together. The films damaged so I can’t have the dust protection on my screen and some other parts I couldn’t figure out in a single night. Might open it up again and see but from the videos I saw everything was back to the way it was (I havnt seen the back of one so I’m assuming that’s where these go, and the speakers are still gone) other than that I put her back together. I doubt this thing works but hey! I finally can say I own some sort of psp! I can hold it in my hands which is a cool feeling for me. And add it to my collection! So it was a win for me. If it DOES work however. I watched this just incase the analog stick is funky. So thank you :)

Muhammad Rizaldien It’s ok, just buy a new analog stick from eBay, they come already built so all you need to do is take apart the PSP and attached the new analog stick. I’m doing my one tonight
Most probably the stick got stuck between the sides of the 3 slides if it’s solid stuck don’t force it just disassemble the bottom part be careful not to open the spring since that part can cause lots of problems
