Yes indeed it is so sad, especially because CBD Oil with less than 0.3% THC does not make anyone 'high'. We have tried to speak to the authorities about it in the past with no luck. If anyone knows someone who can assist, please get in touch with us.
I'm sorry to hear your dog is having allergies. If my dog were allergic to coconut oil or olive oil, I would make it with Organic Ghee from grass-fed cows and see how they get along with that. Looking for more support? Feel free to reach out to us at: pawdega.us/pages/contact
Great Question! The Adored Beast Probiotics are freeze-dried, so while refrigeration is not necessary, it will help to maintain optimal freshness once the container is opened. We are staying at an Airbnb that has a fridge, so we will be storing it in the fridge once we get there. :)
Tbh no matter your living environment, once you have kids, your life will drift apart a bit from your pet - you'll naturally pay a lot more attention to your kids but luckily your kids will give lots of attention to your pets so it all works out!
My then kitten had diarrhoea from the horrible commercial cheap food. Vet gave medicine to stop the diarrhoea (actually stopping the detox) and shortly after my kitten got deadly FIP. Since theni have been advising people to rather look into the diet they Feed then to give medicine to stop the diarrhoea. The vets then diagnose it as parvo and use dangerous meds that kill many cats mainly kittens.
Thank you so much! We are so happy to hear you enjoy our content so much :) The Back Pad is also suitable for cats, but I know many cat parents may struggle with keeping their cat still during the session. We just got the Illumi-Vet 3000 from Photonic Health which is a handheld device that would probably be more suitable for cats. It has some awesome features and we definitely recommend it. It has both Red light and Near infra red light. You can view it here: shop.photonichealth.com/?ref=ivV7b9zn3wMB_S You also get $25 off with code PAWDEGA :) Let us know if you have any questions.
Thank you Larry and Charly! I’ll look for the new product you mention and see if available in Canada. If not I’ll go with your other recommendation used for your frenchie and I’ll just convince my kitty to stay still 😊❤. Thank you again for such great research-based advice and clear videos!

The only study I could find about this doesn't confirm your claims. Do you have any study to prove your claims? www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC7230384/
My old Vet Pennfield Animal Hospital accidentally overprescribed metronidazole an antibiotic to my dog Cooper for 30 days. I asked him any side effects, he said no. 21 days later he couldn't walk, first vet at VCA emergency hospital in Kalamazoo told me he a back sprain. Two days later Cooper was having seizures, drooling, eye twitching and couldn't stand, I took him back to emergency hospital, second vet said he was a brain issue. I asked both emergency vets could it be toxic, they said no. I had him euthanized. Three days later my local vet called and said he overprescribed metronidazole and for too long, he said Coopers symptoms were caused by the drug reaction, he didn’t have a back sprain or brain issue. The metronidazole could have been stopped and he probably would have been okay. I've been crying for 3 weeks. I don't trust vets anymore. My best friend is gone.
Wow! I am so so sorry to hear this! Thank you so much for sharing your story which helps raise awareness about this. This is so horrifying and I am so sorry you and Cooper had to go through this!
Hello! This is great video however how about the process when the dog arrived at the airport? 1. Upon arrival in US (e.g Atlanta), where will the importer and dog go? Will they be accompanied by an airline staff to custom and Animal Care Facility? 2. Will the importer be allowed to go with the dog in the ACF? If not, then will the importer go through refular customs and wait for her dog? 3. Will someone notify the importer that dog is cleared by CDC, ACF and US customs? 4. Where will the importer pay the checkup fee and customs fee? 5. Sample of my final destination is Sacramento, will the importer need to wait one day and book a hotel while waiting for the dog? Those process upon arrival is what Im looking for. All the vlogs talks about the requirement but none so far talks about the process and steps when the passenger and dog arrived the US. It would be helpful if there is. Thanks!
Hey, thanks for your comment. Since the answers will vary depending on the airport you fly into, you'll need to message or call the Animal Care facility in the corresponding airport you'll be landing into.
We've been to New Zealand before and loved it! Would love to visit Australia as well but the pet import regulations are not suitable for us unfortunately 😔
no its still a very valid reason, UAE is a great place, I live there since more than 20 years, but it’s still difficult for dogs. This is changing slowly but needs much more time and I dont think it will ever be like in Europe or US where dogs are allowed in most places. I presently have only cats but I want a dog and am seriously thinking if I will leave once I am ready to get it.
I love these kind of videos BUT EVERY Frenchie Owner should do their own research. I was really wanting to go the NO SURGERY ROUTE but my gut kept telling me to at least get the MRI done for my pup. Thank god I did! They found a burst vessel in her spine which could've been deadly without surgical internvention. While I am aware that recovering without IVDD surgery is possible always do your research and do what you believe is the right thing for you pupper. But please remember that bringing your furbaby back home with no surgery is a big risk as they can potentially lose their lives. I say this with good intentions <3
I have lived in Dubai almost 17 years. I'm from Seattle, a mom, an educator and a cat owner. I just got back from the PNW and am already missing the fresh air and outdoor lifestyle. Schools here are atrociously expensive and you can find free public schools in the US that are as good or better. I don't have a dog, but most folks I know do, and the dog culture there is much more compassionate. You are making a good decision. Wish you all the best.🍀
Is there any way you could make this a written recipe? How much of each ingredient, as in how much of each mushroom was cut up and how much Turmeric and Garlic. Can I add alittle Black pepper into it?
@@darlenereisterer5653 Hey Darlene, thanks for watching. Yes, you can add grounded black pepper to the recipe, which will help increase the benefits of turmeric. You can find the written recipe in our blog below: pawdega.us/blogs/pet-wellness-blog/mushroom-broth
Congratulations… you will enjoy a better quality of life… .dubai is overhyped and over priced. It’s fun for a while. Good luck with the next chapter in your life.
I’m in category 1 but I brought my dog to the DR on July 10th, the cdc import form was not available by that time, I have the health certificate but it’s been more than a month here, and we’re returning this Friday do I need to get a new health certificate from here or the one from July 10th will still be valid?
Can't you just mix the ingredients ; turmeric, coconut oil and a bit of black pepper and give the pet a bit of that ? ( That's what I do). - Why is there a need for cooking it ?? And by the way, in any case, it's a good idea to use organic ingredients...
From my understanding, the heat is to activate the full benefits of the Tumeric/pepper combo, while making sure you're not heating past the oil melting point.
@@theoneders2056 , Interesting... I wonder how much difference does it actually make, as far as it's benefits goes, in having these ingredients heated opposed to when it's not...
Hi, Venezuela has an island called Margarita, that place is a paradise, the cost of living is very cheap, you can buy a nice apartment or house across to the beach for around $10.000, the people are very nice and friendly, many European are moving to Margarita, you can see people from Germany in the island, a lot young people from Germany move to, they building the Bitcoin City, they have the land and the construction started. In Venezuela there are a big Germany colony in the place called Colonia Tovar, thal place looks like those beautiful towns in Germany, that city is big, check in RU-vid about Colonia Tovar.
What about the low risk countries like Denmark (to the U.S)? Scandinavian airlines declined to board our (tested, vaccinated, certified) dogs and now we are having to rely on dog cargo service to bring back our dogs to the U.S
We are from USA my wife wants to retire in Dubai I have visited Dubai couple of times and we are from New England states from USA I love USA beside all the domestic problems we have USA but what I like USA open society When I was in Dubai read newspaper there they portrait to this world picture perfect super honest country Dubai maybe won’t see street crime but when I went to ghetto areas in Dubai lot of scammers My Professional USA pays more than dubai my benefits get better that Dubai but uae is fake usa is more open we have homeless issues usa will Overcome can’t fix 100 percent
Great question! We recommend rotating between the two of them for the most thorough support. For example, you can start with 1 bottle of "Turkey Tail Tincture" ( pawdega.us/products/turkey-tail ) and once that runs out, you can switch to "Vitality" (pawdega.us/products/vitality) This is what we do with our dog, and we love it.
Can you use the coconut that it comes in a jar for cooking because right now in my air conditioning, my coconut is oil it never hardens unless it’s winter.
This is 2024 and I have a German shepherd mix that that I adopted from an animal shelter in 2013 and I am 75 I take too much and my dog is starting to be is almost as old as I am, I wanted my dog to be young were you can grow old with me and I have got that and if we die at the same time that is fine but I’m not having him buried with me😅
They are hurting honest breeders to stop the actions of dishonest shippers. People adopting puppies to train for service work need to get them as early as possible, not wait for six month after birth. You miss critical bonding periods .
Yes you can feed it to a 1 year old dog, even puppies. Mix it well into the food so that they will eat it. If you have a very picky eater who won't eat DIY Golden paste, I recommend purchasing the pre-made Golden Paste powder which is very easy to mix with food and picky dogs like it: pawdega.us/products/healthy-hip-joint You get 10% off if you sign up for the newsletter
I have a maltipoo allergy with itchy skin he weighs 11 lbs how much of the turmeric and black pepper and coconut oil, do I use when making this golden paste? And how much do I feed him with his food? Thank u
Great question. It really depends on the type of raw food that you feed and the quality of the meat. For example, Pasture-raised meats are more nutrient dense than cage-free or factory farmed animals. So if you feed pasture-raised meats, you usually feed less quantity. We feed our Frenchie between 3-4% of her body weight (12kg). We feed twice a day, but there are a lot of health benefits if you feed once a day. It's up to you.
Is there an updated discount code besides PAWDEGA for the photonic light therapy device???? I tried using it and it says it's not available to me. Nether does the code PAWTASTIC that photonic offers. Thanks for the amazing video!
