Unfortunately, it has nothing to do with Moroccan couscous. No soy sauce, no corn, no lime leaves, no olives, no eggs, no lettuce, and certainly no Asian ingredients. Please don't call it Moroccan couscous. I'm sure what you cooked isn't that bad, but it's 100% not Moroccan. The appropriate ingredients consist of 7 types of vegetables (pumpkin, zucchini, radish or kohlrabi, carrots, onions, chickpeas and sometimes cabbage. Because of the children they also like to add potatoes or sweet potatoes. Caramelized onions with raisins as a topping. The vegetables are very tasty cut large pieces, quartered or halved, never into very small pieces otherwise they will be mushy. The couscous is steamed over the stew.
