You will still see results by following a consistent schedule, tracking your diet, doing exercises in good shape, and more. These are all equally important factors. You won't get abs, magically grow biceps from 1 or 2 videos, in 1, 2, 3 or 4 weeks because everyone is different. I have explained many times in my channel-wide videos over the years that it takes time and many factors. Fat loss goals are not scientifically proven. Everyone is different and it takes time.

REMIND ME EVERYTIME YOU SEE THIS* (i started on saturday but got too lazy to mark so im marking on sunday now) day 1: did this and more finger exercising videos and saw a bit of progress or placebo effect (i think thats what its called), anyways!!!! day 2: my hands were very sore after doing this and before i did the exercise, i took a shower and my fingers were really numb.. also tried to prevent myself from cracking my knuckles day 3: day 4: day 5: day 6: day 7:

I'll do this work out for the next 13 days!! day 1: ✅ at the start was really easy, after some minutes i started sweating and felt the burn. when i was done i've made some more exercises for 10 minutes, i was sweating so much, keep going!!!

Doing this workout+one more+dance class for 20 days! Weight: 57.7 kg Goal: 48 kg Day one: Surprisingly not the hardest! legs are a little bit sore, but I’m very sweaty. :)

Doing this for a full week! (I do it 2 times a day) starting 15th June Day 1: as I started doing it, it was kind of painful and my fingers started to hurt Day 2: I did the exercise again and I felt just kind of a difference, my fingers looked kind of taller then usual but no other big difference, the exercise still hurt a bit ❤️
