We create epic fantasy original audio dramas and dramatized audiobooks in English. All of them have won awards or were nominated for awards so far. We want to create what we feel is missing in the entertainment industry: classic fantasy stories that don't try to educate or allegorize, are timeless, inspiring, original (no remakes or adaptations) and fun. In creating them we don't follow any checklists or agendas. We just go with our guts and create what we love. Our inspiration comes from J.R.R. Tolkien, Warhammer fantasy roleplay and other fantasy RPGs, The Elder Scrolls, popular fantasy movies (from the eighties), etc. We are in love with both traditional fantasy and audio as a medium. We prefer a middle ground between dry audiobooks, which often lose our attention after a while, and a full cast audio drama, which can be very overwhelming and confusing without a narrator.
Best news, i love the witch hunter series. Over these last 3 of years being ill they gave me much enjoyment listen to them several times through. Your up there in my favourites with the likes robert beven different but the same quality of a Great adventure series...unsung heroes a the effort you put into your stories are second to none!!
Hi, this is still a standalone prequel. After this there will be one more standalone prequel and then we've got two connecting sequels planned to bring the saga to a close. Hopefully our voices won't sound too old by then ☺️
@AudioEpics I've been intrigued about what the fallout of the first novel would be. I mean, you can't just murder thousands of people and then go "whoops." How would the people of seven peaks react. Many would have lost close friends or kin in what was basicaly state sanctioned murder. State sanctioned murder that led to the literal end of days. Now the witch hunters were fooled but that dosent completely absolve them. It just always been at the back of my mind how the city would reel from the fallout of being lied to and exactly how hard of hit the witch hunters, the church and the governments reputation would take. I'm just geeking out at the possibilities a sequel could tell.
@@thekingofhistory4360 I love your enthusiasm! Yeah, it's a bit of a challenge, because we don't want the sequel to be all about the political/social/religious chaos that would ensue, so we're planning to set it a while later, after the dust of those events has settled down a bit, but the ramifications are still palpable. It will be a different world, and a different Ludlov, too. We're using the prequels to set up the setting and the main character 'as it was' in greater detail, so that the changes will feel more impactful.
Verily, 'tis the finest comment mine eyes have seen on hither side of death's sundering shroud. Many thanks we must bestow upon thee, good sir Richard!
