Easily one of the best dramatised Audio Book experiences out there! A rich world, characters you feel for, brilliant sound production from an independent source and all from a team barely larger than the average norm! I’m almost envious that Domein managed to get his story up and running like this, yet delighted all the same. Thank you and your family so much for this, and I wish you all the very best for whatever the future may bring for Audio Epics!
The finale was awesome. I am really glad that the story ended in a bittersweet way. I loved all of the characters and the action. Saddened that the story is over, but I'm looking forward to the next one!
Hey you yes you AudioEpics, thank you so much for your hard work, you let me Escape for a small bit. Helps so much! Love and RESPECT from me to you don't ever stop ♥️
Thank you very much! You encourage us to keep going and make more! We hope you'll enjoy The Beast of the Western Wilds and Witch Huntee as well, continuing the story of Ludlov. And there is also The Will of the Woods, our standalone fantasy tale. 😊
Thank you, Suliman! We're working on it. There will be a surprise short story for our 5000 subscriber challenge and next coming up is The Wizard of the Woods.
We might do a Ludlov-Chapelle spin-off in Boduag but we're not sure yet. The next story will take place in The Infinite Woods (the setting of The Will of the Woods) and will be called The Wizard of the Woods. And, of course, you can always listen to The Beast of the Western Wilds or Witch Hunter on this channel. They chronologically follow ToBB but they were created earlier.
Hi David! We wanted to reward someone with our stories for our 5000 subscribers milestone. But it's hard to get a hold of the selected subscribers, so if you like, send us an email and we will send you the reward for being the first to comment on our final episode. :-) It's in the description and the pinned comment. Eline
That's probably the biggest compliment anyone can give! Though, our little stories will never even come close to what Tolkien did. But we do aim for a better experience with each new story.
absolutely brilliant, throughly enjoyed this series you guys did such an excellent job of describing the characters and all that was going around felt it was close as you could get to a movie in your head ....im just sad theres no more for now you've left me hungry wanting more or am i just greedy😅
Thank you for your kind words, Martin. If you haven't already, you can listen to The Beast of the Western Wilds and Witch Hunter next. Both stories chronologically follow The Treasure of Boneyard Bay, though we've created them earlier. Some of the characters from this story will return, including the main character, Ludlov. These two stories are free to listen to on our channel as well. We're working on The Wizard of the Woods at the moment and a surprise 5000 subscriber short story.
@@AudioEpics i have been following your channel for a couple of years an regularly re listen to the tales of Ludluv every few months after Christmas plan to get the extended version to enjoy it fresh a new. keep up the good work, all the hard work an effort gone in to this series is appreciated an will look forward to listening to more of your future work
And so another amazing story comes to an end :) Kinda bummed that it's the end of Ludlov's adventures (for now), but I'm glad I was along for the ride. Any plans for the future?
I love that maney of my questions were answred and several more were rased, as a writer this is giving me an ideya and I wonder if I reach out audio epicks would be interested in cowriting the next book with me?
Hi Samoya, Glad you enjoyed the story! Thank you for listening. We were asked that question a couple of times in the past. :-) As we grow, we might involve more talented people but right now, we have a good dynamic writing and voicing these epics as a couple. From experience we've learned that more people involved usually means it takes (even) more time to release. Also, we already have a rough outline of the sequels and some spin-offs. Witch Hunter will eventually be a trilogy. The Beast and The Treasure are standalones. But definitely feel free to keep in touch via social media. Depending on the chosen tier, we also help other writers create their own world and stories on Patreon.
!!OK LOOK!! This stuff is really good. But it falls into the trope I see alot in fantasy.Quite simply not enuff action!!! It's all dialog(I know it's a book,But constant small talk and practically nothing else?)Come on.If you can wright/theatricality produce. An audiobook of this level.Im telling you very graphicly violent action/Very perverse sex acts(Incest, bestiality, obscenely long penises ect.).Would take this stuff to a new level.
@@AudioEpics I understand. You have a market your trying to reach. And you should do what you think is best to reach it.But i also maybe came off a little strong/porna-graphic ect.But even the official black library Warhammer stuff.Lacks in graphic violents.Think more along the lines of James Axler's Deathlands.I love the whole medieval horror action stuff. We really need more of it!!!(Between two fires-Christopher Buehlman,Really well written.Like yours)And quit frankly. The over the top violent/even obscene.I can only say as a fan....Well it sells. The old adage sex and violent.Anyway which ever way you chose to go.Im sure with the writing- chops/audio production. You and your team has shown. It will be good 👍👍👍
@whiteman-vh4lh Thanks! We mainly want to produce what we'd like to read / listen to ourselves and we feel like there is a lack of traditional fantasy that reminds us of Tolkien's work. We love the slow-paced immersive experience and taking the time to get to know the characters. That might not be what sells, but we think there are enough more violent and sexually explicit books out there. Maybe you'd love Terry Goodkind...? I think you might like The Beast of the Western Wilds more too, as that's definitely a darker story.
