I'm fanatical when it comes to cooking over fire. Whether its a midweek burger or a whole animal over flames, I'm in my happy place when introducing fire to food! I recently completed my Around the World Outdoor Cook Challenge, where I cooked a dish from every country in the world, all cooked outdoors over fire within a year I feel this is what I was born to do and I'm loving every minute of the journey!
Hopefully i now know what Ive been doing wrong with the rolled brickets3 times. One wasnt tough at all but it was certainly dry!!! Will be adding it to a stock/broth going forward. And asking for a point end for sure. I have the ninja woodfire but should *fingers crossed* get the same sort of results as what you get
Will it do big kitchen knives? as I am an ex chef I gave a couple of. If 12inch knives. Seen it loads on social media, was wondering if it was worth the expense
Usually it's just apple juice, cider vinegar, cola or beer - each adds something a little different to the end result which is often up to you to figure out, based on your preference, so experiment! Easiest and most common is probably apple juice - the sugar caramelises and helps to create bark and a nice sweetness.
