Save gas! Maintaining your vehicle is the best way to keep your vehicle running efficiently. Got a CHECK ENGINE or SERVICE ENGINE light on? We have a ton of videos on locations of Emissions Control Components such as PCV Valve, Oxygen Sensors, EGR Valve, Vapor Purge Solenoids, and Soooo much more! I do my best to answer questions and if you wanna be funny, I got jokes too. LOL. Brake Fluid? Exhaust Bearing? yea, I'll help you with that too.
But..... That is not it!! We work super hard all the time... sometimes 60 hours.. (Not often but it happens.) Then I come home to learn how to edit automotive videos and upload them for you guys. So! We go on a few cool vacations a year and we do reviews of the hotels and attractions. Like Disney world, Las Vegas Circus Circus Room and Water Slides, Helicopter Rides, and So much more.
Stay tuned! We got a lot of helpful content coming out!
Man.... I was a auto tech for 15 years! I git so tired of that ish! I just applied to every single 'mechanical maintenance' position I could find. Took me a few years but it was well worth the wait. Where about do you live?
I've used this pump for maybe 70 oil changes and a few de-waterings of contaminated water... ove the coarse of the last year. Still on the original impeller. I do my best to not run it dry.
You showing us 2 - 5 gallon buckets. 30 quarts is 7.5 gallons Do you really think that you were able to connect, disconnect and reconnect to all the buckets needed in 2 minutes? The pump is good but not that good.
Sure was! Super easy! 30 quarts is roughly 7.5 gallons. I filled up both buckets about 3/4 full. All you do is fill the first bucket. Turn the pump off, shut the valve. Put the valve in the 2nd bucket. Open the valve and turn the pump back on. You should try it!
You are correct. It moves a lot of water and fast! We have 2 of these pumps in this station as well as 2 smaller electric. It has a lift of about 20 feet. 24 inch vertical turbine pump.
@@ScottiesHobbies my friend just had an oil change and cabin air filter and she was charged $208! I couldn't believe it! But I I saw her invoice. I told her she was violated as a woman 😂.
Hi, May I know what this valve does, what the function of it? I have Accord 2007 V6 there is clicking noise coming during driving when I push the gas, this noise only comes when the engine is full warm. This is could be from this valve? PLEASE HELP.
@@ScottiesHobbies thanks for your quick response. Actually, I really have no idea why does chattering sound is coming while driving its noticeable when pushing the gas, I am just assuming this could be from that valve.
They don't make em like they use to. 😞. And they don't last as long. That's why I love my older chevy trucks. Thanks for stopping by to say hi. Good luck on your next project. 👍🏻🤞🏻
Did I miss something? When did the rod come out on the second solenoid rod removal? When you put it back in does it go. Spring, Rod, Spacer, Solenoid, Solenoid Clip?
I have a problem with my 2018 Tacoma. I accelerate when I go from 25 to 45. It jerks one time. I don't know what it is. It doesn't have a light on the dash. Could you help me?
hi scotty new the channel so i have a 2002 trailblazer 4.2l 4l60e ihave replaced the a&b and thw 3-2 vavle tested the wiring harness with power probe with key off and aligator clip not on a ground nothing to either side of connector .withe key on and aligator clip grounded i get poweer only to one side of connector not the other could this be a ground issue the shifting sucks i put it in drive and take off slow it will shit into 2nd them limp mode and nothing but when i stop and put it in prk then back into drive it will do the same thing and i can not even power shift it getting a p0785 code HELP
Help!! So my 93 Chevy Silverado has to be in 2 when taking off because it acts like it in neutral and won't move at all, but then after I get to about 25mph I can shift back into drive and it works great until I slow doesn't enough or stop. To be clear I can shift it into 1 and it drives fine as well. I changed the a and b solenoids and I still have the same problem..
I have a 95 chevy c1500 5.7l that failed all emissions test. CO2 13.9\14.2 O2 0.7\0.6 HC (PPM) MAX 115\67 AVE 45\34 MEAS 181\169 CO% MAX 0.43\0.74 AVE 0.10\0.14 MEAS 0.69\0.66 NO (PPM) MAX 699\601 AVE 317\238 MEAS 1310\1099 Tested at 15mph\25mph respectively I have rebuilt the throttle body, new cap, rotor, icm, wires, plugs, MAP sensor, O2 sensor, EGR solenoid, ECM, temperature sensor. It was suggested it might be the catalytic converter since it previously passed smog in Nevada and I'm now living in California. Any suggestions where I go from here? TIA
I've been working on LS1 firebird with a 4L60E and I've been having the issue where the car jerks when I put it on reverse or drive but after I run it for a while it goes back to normal. This video gave me hope to fix this issue so thanks for the tips!
I dunno... but you can go check fir your self. Go out to your truck. Look at the valve covers. Whichever valve cover is closest to the front of the vehicle is your #1 bank. The opposite side will be #2. Let me know if I'm right or the other people are. I could be wrong too.
Hi, will the parts show work for a 2000 Ford Expedition 5.4 L XLT? My smog guy said I needed an Eval Purge Line and PCV Valve line. I called Ford and they said one of the parts is no longer available.
Exhaust leaks near the bank 1 manifold? Clogged injector on the #1 bank? Have you tried clean the mass air flow sensor? Maybe a defective or sluggish o2 sensor on the bank 1 side? Those are a few things that I would think of.
Doesn’t the high vac at idle hold it shut since there is low blow by at idle, then when vacuum goes down at high rpms, it opens more to let the increase blow by vent out?
When the engine is idling, the intake manifold vacuum is high. This high vacuum pulls the PCV valve piston or diaphragm (depending on the design) towards the closed position, restricting the flow of gases. However, it doesn't completely close the valve. It allows a small amount of blow-by gases to pass through and be burned in the engine, maintaining the necessary vacuum in the crankcase. When the engine speed increases, the intake manifold vacuum decreases, and the PCV valve opens more. This allows more blow-by gases to be rerouted into the intake manifold to be burned in the combustion process.
I’ve been looking for someone to explain and show this the way you just did right now for the past four hours thank you, sir thank you very much. You got a right to the point.
C'mon man... don't sweat the small stuff in life. Worry about the smiles. What makes you smile? Think about that. I dont like the masks, never thought they worked. But we do fallow the rules given and if it makes my fellow human feel more comfortable around me... then ehhh... let's all be happy..... Hakuna Matata bro. 😃
Does anybody know why I don’t have power at all in my car I drove it this morning it ran fine I tried to crank it earlier an I’m getting no response no lights on the dash or nothing I’m thinking it’s my positive terminal has anybody had or has this problem ?
But if child safety lock is engaged the interior door handle mechanism/rod shouldn't or in most cases will not open the door no matter how hard you jerk on it
