Oh hey, also - you filmed this whole thing perfectly, barely any shake to the video throughout the whole race. Nice work. What GoPro/Camera did you use? I'd like to get my own and do something similar at some point 👍
@diamondjoemazing gopro hero 10! Theres different stabilization features but some really drain the battery more than others. Some people where the camera with a chest mount but i do it on my forehead!
We were held up JUST before starting with the first lightning call, the second lightning call wasn't nearly as long but held us up just before the jump rope. Still a fun time but sucked that everyone had delays in their finish times and all the vendors and a lot of the staff was gone by the time we finished. Put together a video as well!
Im taking my test on Tuesday. Im nervous but doing my best to study with 4 kids in the house lol. Ive been watching jeffs videos and taking lots of notes. Basically copying down every slide of his even though i can just download it. Wish me luck!
I don’t usually comment on a video unless it helped me out or it oissed me off, but thanks so much, I layered up heavy fucking 2 sweaters 2 pants ski mask and did this lost 3.4 lbs and then I drank water and gained it again so suffered again and did the whole 20 min again and back again lost the 3.5lbs so thanks man hope you’re doing good wish you the best !
Actually a Pole Vaulter here, pray i can lose 2.5 pounds by tomorrow 🙏 Edit: Only managed to lose about a pound, combined with a bathroom break in the morning i might still be a pound over. Im going to go even harder at the workout tomorrow morning
Hey bro, just passed my NASM CPT exam. Great content. Also published the self-study, read the textbook in about 5 weeks start to finish. A week before my test I started drilling the practice exams included with NASM, as well as Fitness (Pocket) Prep. I recorded the answers I got wrong, wrote down the correct answers and found them in the textbook. I found a great Quizlet from Axiom Fitness that had 900+ flashcards that I would drill on breaks throughout the day. I also watched Jeff’s videos on his CPT study guide, I found his part 2 video most useful because of the “postural distortions” content. You were correct about the wording of the questions. “Underactive and Overactive” were not common terms on the actual exam. Instead “stretched & short” or “weak” were common terms. Understanding progression and regression was huge for my exam. I scheduled an off-site exam and watched the “Sorta Healthy” videos on my way to the site. Liked and subscribed homie. Take care
