Pretty good - like the brevity. Personally, I would appreciate a reference to what books/chapters Aristotle talks about time - - his physics? metaphysics? Also, since you're being so focused on this one concept, I think it would be good to quote the text.
@@glenng.pajares.Ph.D.D.A.LitCom I asked AI about whether Aristotle wrote about Time in his work on meteorology. The answer was a definite NO. You sure you're a scholar in philosohy?
"Based on the search results provided, there does not appear to be any specific mention of Aristotle discussing time or providing commentary about time in his book on meteorology (Meteorologica). The search results focus on the contents of Aristotle's Meteorologica, which covers topics like: Weather phenomena Atmospheric events Earthquakes The sea and its saltiness Winds Comets and other celestial phenomena Aristotle's main discussions of time appear to be in his Physics, not in the Meteorologica. The Physics is where Aristotle provides his detailed analysis of time, motion, and related concepts."
all warning signs turned on then all turned off. the car was running with no lights and the dashboard was entirely off. i decided to stop the car for safety.
@nostalgia, moral realism teaches that good and evil are real, objective, perceivable, can be experienced in life. Good and evil are real properties, qualities and characteristics of human actions. good and evil intrinsically exist in human action and behavior not a mental construct or an emotional response. I hope this explanation helps
Here is my question. So how can someone be a atheist and be a moral realist. If there is no moral giver. If it’s beyond us or our thoughts. Wouldint a atheist be contradicting the atheist view of they believe there is a moral standard above human opinion?
atheists can still be moral. they may use other sources of morality such as culture or man-made moral laws and standards or they still might believe in reason, science, and the forces of nature.
Thank you for making this video, Professor Pajares. I'm a little ashamed at how much we neglect the great knowledge of the past in the name of technological and cultural progress. This was quite refreshing ...
@@glenng.pajares.Ph.D.D.A.LitCom my best guess is they are treating it as a blackbox, should the car get into a serious crash with damage reaching the dashboard you will still be able to retrieve the recording from that module underneath the passenger seat. no point of a recording if the sd card gets damaged easily
Wow very nice resort po ngayon ko lang po nadiscover. Suggestion lang po, pwede po syang palagyan ng slide kasi yun ung medjo nag papasaya talaga ng pag swimming suggestion lng po😊
yes thank for the question Evan! that is a great question. well those who propose the standard based what is right with quantity. but i disagree. the majority is not always right. numbers do not guarantee rectitude or veracity.
