that is a good point. the manufacturer must consider accessibility in the future designs of the car.

@@glenng.pajares.Ph.D.D.A.LitCom my best guess is they are treating it as a blackbox, should the car get into a serious crash with damage reaching the dashboard you will still be able to retrieve the recording from that module underneath the passenger seat. no point of a recording if the sd card gets damaged easily

@@JoseCalderon04 the larger the better sir for recording capacity for so long as it is a micro sd. mine is only 32 gb.

Wasn't sure about this as well but I'm currently using a 512gb and it's working just fine
