Everything about cars and mechanics... I like to help others learn how to fix their car. I film, edit and publish each video on my own. Proud owner of a Mercedes
I started this channel around October 2019 so stay tuned!
This hose is so common, cannot understand why you bothered to remove intake from turbo, and connect fumes supply. I have changed this hose twice on my merc already. You can hear it blowing miles away.
Hello I have code p0101 I have Change the maf sensor and air filter. Checked the turbo hoses. The code p0101 is after delet and new start from car Motor check on. What can be else wrong?
did you block of the intake system near the intake manifold ? am curious as have same engine and same fault , code P228100 = Leak between MAF sensor and Throttle body, so will be looking to do same test as ive done a visual inspection and cant see anything
Hi, I just want to say thank you so much for this video! It helped me out tremendously! I had to replace my tensioner pulley after turning on my cars AC and making a really loud squeaking noise. I’ve had this car for about 5 years and now has 210 thousand miles without any issues!
HI. Why have you removed all the intake and supercharger? to remove the whole belt tensioner? If the spring in the tensioner is not broken, you can just replace the pulley on it, and you can eliminate 75% of this job.
I want to consult, whether there is pin on the new tensioner fanbelt as on the other model of Mercedes Benz ? Or it just remove the old and put on the new one
As long as not hit by engine oil scam like paid for semi synthetic or paid for full synthetic oil but get only get mineral oil and the oil filter actually not being changed. Since it is old car buy a dip stick and push in not aggressively, once a month, to verify engine oil level. Then keep dip stick in the booth. In next 2 to 3 month I would try get a workshop to put in a voltage type pressure sending unit from engine block, M271 1.8litre SC year 2006, and wired to a stand alone 0 to 5barg range pressure gauge. It will be just wiring from engine block back to dashboard. Not yet know where is the best location to tee out on the engine block. Anyone in Germany or England or Turkey or Taiwan or in anywhere that have done this?. I think it should read at 1.2 barg at 850rpm with air conditioning running, using 10W 40 Mo2S, after a 10 to 20 miles run. Regards to all. Happy motoring!.
