Gen Anil Chauhan is from Gorkha, current CDS and from Uttarakhand. Lt Gen Dwivedi and AK Singh are coursemates and Dwivedi was higher in the merit. Pehle the senior most would become during Congress days. BJP changed it and superseded many to make Gen Bipin Rawat. It also shows that the Govt has politicized Army.
