@PeterCainRealtor With interest rates as high as 6.6 no one can afford to buy a home without multiple families living in it. Americans can't afford it! Thanks to Biden, and his administration. And Beaumont was originally only 9 square miles, now we are 30 because land had to be annexed in . California isn't affordable for most!
i lived in redlands from dec.1989 to oct.1994 i lived in the parkview terrace apartments on barton rd the rent at the time was only 750 a month for a 2 bedroom and the apartments were nice that i lived in redlands was nice at that time then i moved to yorbalinda in 1994
I know that what I'm about to say will upset some people, but I always cringe a little bit when people say that California is "too expensive". It isn't and anyone saying that it is needs to get their personal finances in order. Trust me when I say this because I'm not what you may refer to as "loaded", but I still have a roof over my head, food to eat, and among other things, money left over for extracurricular activities (or to save). If I can do it, so can you, And, by the way, maybe instead of wasting gas by driving your car a few blocks down the street, you can try getting off your lazy ass and walking. Or you can ride a bicycle. That helps gas prices go down and is more commonly referred to as "the basic principles of supply and demand". Also, if you MUST drive a motor vehicle to your place of employment, try waking up earlier, so you can avoid the morning traffic. You'll probably have enough time to hit the gym too, so there's that. Just make sure to bring fresh clothes with you because your coworkers don't want to smell your musty ass. Follow these simple bits of advice and your gas gauge, along with your body and personal finances, will thank you. Oh... And stop eating out so much. Eating out has ALWAYS been expensive and it's only getting worse. Anyway, I hope you learned something today. ;)
depends! Use this link to get an idea: www.veteransunited.com/education/tools/mortgage-calculator/ What are you looking for in your home? Thanks for your service!
Congrats!! Usually new construction communities are super friendly about agents coming out to video and market their model homes but Olivewood was not lol What are the features of your new home?
I just bought right across the street from Citrus High School. Yes, you are the right brand new community. I haven't really experienced bad traffic. Not yet, at least, but we will see. I see that Lennar is going to build more as well.
@PeterCainRealtor Yes, my house and 2 other houses next to me were the last to get finished up. So it is filled up. Yes, I am aware. They are being built by Meritage. I actually met the president of Meritage when I was living in Orange County.
Hi I live in coachella valley, is too hot here on the summer , I have a gardening route of houses, I am planning on moving to beumont, is it a big place to start a gardening business??
You don’t have to worry about the speedway anymore. They got it almost all the way torn down. They’re gonna be building more warehouses. How about that?
😂😂😂 ayyy so anyone want to tell the truth to the people in the comments about Fontana I currently live here if your trying to escape drugs and gangs you won’t find it here in the inner city and outer parts of the inner city are nice but a lot of home invasions and random crimes happening to average citizens and the cops and sheriff’s are a trip as well if you know, you know. Oh wait sounds like the rest of America right now everybody and everything is just getting worse.

Hello Peter. Thank you for providing useful information about housing market. I have a question. If first time home buyer qualifies for the government's down payment assistant program can it be used towards purchasing new build houses or not.
Yes, new build homes are eligible. There are other eligibility requirements depending on specific program (SFR, location, primary residence, etc). Which new developments are you looking into?
@@PeterCainRealtor Thank you Peter for your response👍 I'm undecided yet. I need to work on my credit score first. Hopefully some day I will be ready to own my dream home🏡
I'm not so sure about property taxes... my property taxes are probably more than double than someone with twice the sq. footage if they bought 20+ years ago.
