The big question is to what extent the new political climate is tied to the personal policies of Bukele or to the overall political and economic class. This doubts will remain until after he is replaced in a future election, and whether he will float towards an authoritarian type of leadership, which will work against the current political and economic environment of Bukele, or whether nefarious forces will work against Bukele. And if Trump gets elected he will work to return the illegal migrants to their countries, including El Salvador. And perhaps the question would be why a Canadian or American would seek residency in a country as you have described it.
Another great insightful video. Lad, what is the red bracelet you are wearing? What a life, world travel, investment, making a great living.....wow.....
I agree with you completely. last year I visited El Salvador thinking that it would be a a very cool up and coming country due to the promotion it's been receiving. I left Very disappointed. I described it to my friends as third world quality at first world prices. Meals were between 10 and $20 for something very basic unless you're eating pupusa. The beaches were not very nice and the people there still throw their trash on the ground. There's piles of garbage everywhere.
Very interesting. Thank you for doing all this. I’d love to have a conversation with you regarding Nicaragua. Your analysis touched only San Juan Del Sur, but the country has a lot more to offer than just that town. You mentioned the northern west part of Nicaragua. I’d love to know more about this area as a investment opportunity
Nice work.....straight shooter. I am rooting for El Salvador but not going to invest. Is anyone making yield on those volcano bonds they were talking about a while back?
I really enjoyed this video such a nice refreshing change from the usual CBI channels the guy you are chatting to just sounds really sincere / also that Beer looks so good haha
Absolutely. Contact Rodrigo. He can help you claim it back: thewanderinginvestor.com/services/residency-and-citizenship-by-investment/residency-in-el-salvador/
This discussion is centered on the most in demand high life part of PV. The numbers vary massively depending on the neighborhood. The suburbs residential neighborhoods are much more affordable, safe, and there is ample inventory. Keep an open mind!
He did not mention you have to live most of the time in the country and need to get permission to leave otherwise you will not get residency permit renewal the following year
Very disappointed to hear there's so many people with guns living there. One of the reasons I'm considering moving from the states is to get away from all the frightened people who need to own guns! Are the retirement communities less likely to have a lot of people with guns, or are they everywhere in Panama?
No show by real estate, no interest for customers in hospitable industry. Typical Albania. About real estate, quit poor quality construction and non detailed finishing. So for us a NO unfortunately. Real estate is getting expensive quickly.
Hello Ladislas, I enjoy your videos. Could you please mention which passport holders can obtain residency, not just North Americans? And what about middle east or indian etc,.. Including this information in each video would be very helpful. Thank you!
I also used to live in Dubai as a foreigner. In a nutshell, the artificial environment wouldn't be better than the great nature, such as the smell of rain birds singing sound instead of 5 times notification from mosque from 5 a clock in the morning for pray to the God
