I feel like, just like the last video, it’s not spider man vs the gang, its spider man vs a small fraction of the gang 10+ bulletproof superhumans who can kill people in a single punch, heal each other by yelling, mind control hostages into becoming violent criminals themselves, and that’s not even counting Bain, the auxiliaries like the sniper, driver, and the various contractors. Also, depending on when this happens, Bain could be the president, having successfully used a powerful magic ritual to body snatch the leader of the us Hell, at the time they were in the game, ethan and hila had huge platforms, and could easily turn swathes of the public against spidey, jimmy canonically has clones of himself, jacket is…. Jacket, and anyone with an ecm, pocket or otherwise could shut down his spider armor while simultaneously debilitating him
The entire cast of 2, featuring skills and perks fully built for them? Batman does to one of them. Jacket eats him alive, and it might not even be hyperbole, and that’s not counting all 10+ heisters, and Bain, and Locke, and possibly, depending on when this happens, Bain is the president, and could just make vigilantes illegal
I’d argue that the Payday Gang, while they wouldn’t win, especially against Arkham Batman, they’d definitely have their research done and be able to push him back, and especially if it’s with Bain leading them, they’d have a shot of at least pushing him back. These are super heisters, capable of pushing back murkywater, supposedly the best of the best of the government contractors. It would be like a captain winters kind of deal, they don’t need to kill him, just hurt him enough to piss off. Hell, Bain would rather they don’t kill him, but push him back long enough for them to get out of Gotham and back to D.C.
Like in a fight against Batman, the Payday gang in order to stand a chance, they’re gonna have to be allowed to not be limited to 4 man fireteams. They’re gonna need EVERY heister in their lineup on the field to have any vague hopes of winning against a Superhero.
Thing is, during the day, Batman is Bruce Wayne. You forgot that. It would take Bruce time to get to either a standby Batsuit, or more time to get back to the Batcave and get his real Batsuit. If the Payday gang goes into a bank guns blazing, they have time before Batman shows up, and Bane/Shade would help them prep as Bruce preps from his CEO job into his Batman gear. I'd be more worried about Joker hearing about the Payday gang using clown masks and having his gang show up. If that's the case, it would be a complete clusterF of Payday gang vs Joker's gang vs the cops by the time Batman arrives at the scene. THAT level of chaos might allow the Payday gang to escape by whatever plan Bane/Shade has for them, especially if Joker himself makes an appearance. Joker might keep Batman busy enough for Payday to escape. That's the ONLY way I see the Payday gang getting out of this, if they somehow involve the Joker to complicate things.
Honestly like payday 3 i think the problem is the lack of content and basic features such as offline mode which only got updated a few months ago i like the ui, the heists that are here its gwtting better because they are actively working on it but one of my main peeves is just the sheer lack of melee weapons
Number 9, Number 9, Number 9. Ommgggggg as someone who plays Payday very casually and doesnt really think about min maxing skills and weapons this one PAINS ME. PD2 had amazing random events and changes that made it super fun to keep playing. PD3.... ergh its just dry. I will die on the hill that Replayablity is the most important part of Payday and honestly im shcoked that wasnt one of the design pillars with 3 to make it EVEN MORE variable and dynamic than 2
Hi there, after watching your Arkham Knight Batman versus Payday video and Rouga Rabid's "Would these Criminals Survive Arkham City" series I was wondering how would characters and events of Babyface from Midnight Fight Express and Agent 47 during the Hitman 1-3 trilogy with the cabals and black ink agencies fundamentally change the plot of the Arkham events if they were in the same setting that overlapped each other in someway? How would Arkham Bruce Wayne or Talia Al Ghul try to interfere once either these settings and their main characters situations impact them? This is going to be far from simple and will be more difficult then they usually encounter even for the likes of the Joker. And people like Babyface and Agent 47 are higher expert fighters and preparers for a plan.
Love these kinds of videos, actually. I have a personally-written Payday heist timeline that acts as a sort of "real" play order. While I've based Payday 1 and Payday 2's timelines off TheKknowley's lore videos, I've been kind of putting PD3's heist in a looser order, like having Cook Off after Rock the Cradle.
From gateway report website we know that boys in blue happend on june 24 and houston breakout was on auguast 19 witch were released dates of heist so most of the heist happend in the day of the release of the heist but heist like diamond district happend 1 or 2 days after houston becuse of gateway live video where they say some civ got shot in DD so turbid could happend during release and later day cook off (also if houston could been playble since houston breakout it would make DD more of him trying to going back after some time into a game)
Im thinking the bank was a plan to kill gang or arrest the gang due to the fact on how the police at the start were tense with the fact that the police were there in record time without the alarm being set. Maybe a set up either by the fbi agent Rebecca or Mac, Rebecca because well she wants the gang arrested, Mac because well he was going to be pay if the gang was killing or gang come back with the money. But that just a little theory and not 100% confidence my theory is right
Wolf fired his smg, which should have alerted people in the area, and they would call the police. But outsiders only notice something is wrong when one guy tries to enter and finds the door locked
I dislike the Follow the money short movie. It feels so low effort. None of the suits match, even when PD3 tried to give each heister their own look and default outfits. Chains being tired of suits just wears a puff jacket, with suit vest underneath. Dallad and Hoxton rocking the suit trenchcoats. Wolf wearing a tattered coat that has ducttape on it with a loose tie and jeans not suit pants. Shit promotional material. None of this, or anything they do after will ever top the 2013 web show. Unless they make a Payday movie maybe.
@@CrimeNetArchive starbreeze's inability to not mess things up is never a surprise to anyone but it still makes us unhappy that they are actively responsible for payday dying as a franchise
That may be true, but I'm willing to treat this as canon seeing as that all the promo videos for payday 2 never had the crew wearing their in-game outfits but were still treated as canon.
I have came up with a counter to batman. Instead of a 4 man payday gang because they know they're up against batman they'll bring everyone in the payday crew which is 22 heisters all of which have major different roles, that makes batman's chances of success atleast cut. Make it a big heist not a bank, robbing Wayne Enterprises because its NEVER been robbed. They doubt police would show up because they know Gotham's police force is insanely weak so they'd just focus on their 1 target, batman. this wouldnt even be a 1 day heist either lets make it a 2 days as setup meaning getting some gadgets they'll need to break in to wayne enterprises vault or whatever because its way more advanced then any other vault, day 2-3 would be getting anti batman gadgets aka stealing from big time villains like mr freeze(steal), penguin (deal), twoface(deal/fight (coinflip), and riddler (deal/partnership?) the Payday gang is smart enough to admit they cant take down the batman themselves, they'd combine all these villains to help set up that robbery and the focus is to kill the batman alongside stealing from wayne. 22 heisters vs wayne enterprises and batman, sounds overkill right? but its smart enough to keep building on more assets. On the last day of planning they'd have everything set to motion, there's a chance Batman knows or does not know they're coming but once they start they'll learn a lot about batman already to not group too closely, to have night vision gear, scramblers, trackers, etc all the things that they had in arkham knight and more and not a single heister without the tools. Now this may sound like batman and his villains but they're giving assets/tools something the gang would take. I believe if we did allow the payday gang to incorporate the villains for intel and stuff, the chances of them winning would become a 35% chance instead of a 5% chance. At the very least if they're lucky they'd get batman to flee and they can run off with their winnings, batman wont die but him admitting defeat and running off would probably be good enough for the gang, even if most of them fall. Honestly i let my imagination go off because of course they didnt say they'd allow the gang to get that help but it is something they'd consider. Batman most likely wins still because of his intelligence and just how he always adjusts to even the toughest of fights, but i do see out of the 35% chance, Batman gets popped by a lucky hit when they gang starts letting loose of their guns.
I know payday 3 will probably never implement these heists, which is why i so badly want to make my own heist game. I need a lot more game making experience than I do now, but that’s my dream game.
Edge Grit and Rush is the biggest nonsense in this game and I hope they remove it. Also the armor being so fragile and on the frustrating side. I also find the trade hostage for these turds of armor chunks and health all over the place to be a boring useless gimmick added just to be creative, even if this creativity is not even fun.
4:17 I think Crime Boss has a almost perfect drilling system. It will never overheat on its own but you can increase the speed and if you go too far, the drill will overheat
I honestly don't understand why Mio shouldn't be kicked out. Yeah getting fired is undeniably a bad thing for the person, but you also have to deserve your job. If you are not fit for it you should be fired. If you are disrespectful to the people that care about the game you have power over you should be fired. If you are threatening to send furry porn to people that disagree with you you should get the boot from the company altogether, that's unacceptable, unprofessional and fucked up.
i am so mad about payday 3, payday 2 and payday the heist were amazing games. but the fact that they had 10 years to create a new game, and managed to flop so hard is depressing
story reasons..... more like paid reasons.... hoxton breakout = free and you get hoxton houston breakout = pais and you dont get houston let that make sense
i personally don't mind Houston not being available right off the bat. If they did it like with Hoxton Breakout, it would mean you'd need to play the heist first to unlock him. Considering it's a paid DLC, it would essentially put Houston behind a paywall. So yeah, i'm fine with waiting and getting him for free like with Clover
Really the characters don’t even matter in payday they’re pointless. They really need to do, to start giving additional perks to each character to make each one stand out from each other to make each character means something
