Very nicely explained and to the point. Like a veteran teacher you have explained. But me a little not so bright student have a question. chickpeas roasted understood, but we normally get them salted too. Is that ok ? do we get only roasted chickpeas ? Never bothered about that so far in life. Actually I was looking for protein powder for my mother, she has weak muscles and she is eating less food. But found this , I will surely make and give her. Will let you know how it went. Thanks for sharing the recipe.

Yes aap milk powder aur cocoa powder dono dal sakte h. Esko raat me na piye. Morning ya evening me peena jyada achha h. Digest ho jayega.
