Hm.. I cant turn the belt 90 degrees but it also has shavings so I am confused lol I also saw how to take the belt off but don't know what to do if the belt is too tight on the front. Ill have to try that drawing a line test.
I have a life fitness 95ti, just put a new belt on, no matter what I do, the belt slips, front roller will keep spinning. I have the rear adjustment bolts as tight as they will go. What could my issue be?
What if I did everything you just said not to do. I started adding more lubricant when I felt the heat and the friction but still give it a little quarter turn every time I did it. Can my treadmill be saved or is it too late to repair the harm caused?
Thanks for the video! I did everything you mentioned but unfortunatly my case was extreme. The metal support that supports the deck to the chasis broke after 6years and at least 5000km. I will try to solder it but it may only be a temporary fix. Nevertheless i watched your videos and i was able to change the belt 8months ago.
I have a model Q 37xi and it will shut down in the middle of my workout but it still has power so I can reset but have to start over. Bought new in 2014.
After I centered my new treadmill's belt (Horizon 7.0), it looks cocked as if it isn't centered at the OTHER END near the motor. Is it just a matter of it will center itself if I keep the bottom end centered. Or, do I have to take the motor cover off and fidgit with something at that end?

Hi there, unfortunately my treadmill running belt has in fact created that crease in the center, is there anyway to remedy that at this point? Or am I in need of a new belt?
I had this one boss. His writing was basically that. Once he wrote down the same town's name, 3 different ways. One of the drivers was called John, and I don't know why, he would wrote the OHN as a pentagram. The guy's name was J⭐️
Hi. Thanks for your video. Have tested my Nordictrack heat switch cct you highlighted in your video and comes up fine on multi meter. Getting a red light on the circuit board that flashes in 8 flash sequences when I start the motor from dashboard controls but nothing happening with the motor. Any tips??
How do you know if it's enough lubricant? How tight should the belt be? Is there a way to tell that? I've only had mine a year, and while the slipping isnt entirely impeding on my running, it still feels like its there a bit. Drive belt is still very good, and i feel like i added a bunch of lubricant, but its still kinda there. And right now, its tight enough that my hand just goes ⅓ of the way into the width of the deck.

My treadmill belt is in the middle when not in use, but when I run on it after about a few minutes it is on the right scraping the edge making a high pitched whirring sound - any reason for this? I think it’s how I run, but based on this, anything I can do to counter balance this? Or is it safe to not do anything? Should I add more lube? Should I adjust the belt to always go to the left?
My treadmill(PRO-FORM 590QS Quiet Deck) starts and works as long as I am only walking but once I get to running speeds then it stops after a few seconds to a minute. What should I look for? I’ll definitely run the diagnostic that you have explained here. Another thing, for past few years the tread has become quite loud. It hasn’t bother me since it’s been moved from bedroom to the garage and I usually have my AirPods on but it used to be very quiet for the longest time. Don’t know if it’s aged or some parts can use some lubricants to make it quiet again? Btw, very well explained and easy understand video👍, thank you for sharing 🙏
My Nordictrack treadmill stops one minute after I step on it. Once I get off the belt, it moves again right away. Does anyone have an advise on how to fix this?
Hi Joe, first off , t hanks for the great video, I have an old pro Form and I have tested all the things in^ your video such as motor , belt, most of the wiring, and yet the motor still won't run, I have all working on the consuthl ,if I put the key in I hear the clicking ,I can program, but still no movement so I am stumped right know so I would be grateful if you could possibly send me a few pointers please I am in the UK and I am having difficulty getting help here my Email is mickytidman30@gmail.com thanking you in anticipation Kind regards Mick.
You are brilliant! Two years of fighting with this issue, receiving bad advice from techs at Nordictrack to replace both the control board and the resistance motor, which obviously were never the issue. They had no clue how to fix
