Still running dual spark? I would be curious to see what ignition timing you are running though I would expect a lot less under boost. Are you using lambda or AFR for the fuel mixture? Eagerly watching to see how this bottom end holds up under those power conditions. I have considered slapping a NOS kit on my build but I am worried it may not hold another 100HP with those cast pistons. Great coverage!
Mooi filmpje! Jammer dat je niet exact weet of de backpressure sensor klopt, ik denk het wel hehe, en heb je de basis timing uit geflitst? Of dat dus klopt? Voor de rest mooi werk, en misschien dan toch uitlaat klepveren upgraden.
Ja ga de sensor controleren maar die druk zal wel kloppen . Onsteking basis is uitgeflits. Maar ga dit nogmaals allemaal controleren . Klepveren upgrade wil ik zeker doen . Maar uit de ervaring van anderen komt dit pas ter sprake bij hogere drukken
Yes . That will be later. For now i want to have a base tune for low octane. I run een flex fuel sensor. So later on i will run e85. Fuel and then the ecu can adapt to how much ethanol i run in the fuel

Goed bezig man. Ik vind persoonlijk het geluid met de middendemper beter klinken dan zonder. Dat is dan het stuk waar de camera het aan de buitenkant opneemt. En hoor ik het nou goed dat de hoge toerentallen bij start zijn uitgeschakeld? Hmm dat wil ik eigenlijk ook. Hoe doe ik dat? Bedankt nog voor de leerzame video.
Ik kan de bypass dicht zetten dan is het een stuk minder . Ja het doorschieten bij starten. Kun je aanpassen door gasklep minder open te zetten bij starten
Ja de pijpen zijn wat lang maar dat komt omdat de rest van de bodykit er nog op moet dus ook andere achterbumper . Dus zijn nu wat. lang straks kijken hoe dat uitkomt

I have owned 3 slk’s in the past everytime I sold them I regretted it! I am in the process of buying one more, it’s a 2005 slk 55 amg and it is white like the one here!! It is also a one owner low mileage vehicle. I have thought long and hard and decided to go for it and this time i will never sell it.
Gaat goed vooruit! Ben erg benieuwd naar de bodykit en de eventuele kleur. Zag net nog een video van carranger voorbij komen met een C126. Deze had een soortgelijke interieur kleur en was zwart aan de buitenzijde. In het verleden dacht ik aan bruin maar ik bedenk me dat met deze aandrijflijn een mooi zilver of misschien een mooie blauwe kleur e.e.a. erg mooi zal zijn en tevens de lijnen van de bodykit extra benadrukt alsmede de enorme kracht van deze machine! Blauw met rood is misschien eerder iets typisch van BMW maar ook Mercedes heeft mooie blauwtinten.

When running on ofgear ecu this will give more oil pressure on 3-4 flare. So only do this when running the ofgear tcu. Not sure what will happen when running stock tcu
Bij het opstarten een hoger toerental hebben is een optie wat deze motor heeft. Hij gooit in het begin het vuil eruit en gaat dan naar een lager toerental. Is dat niet nodig?
Nee . Is onnodig . Hoog toertal koud kan juist schadelijk zijn voor bv. De nokkenassen. Die als allerlaatse olie krijgen. Dus als de auto een paar dagen stilstaat is alle olie terug gezakt naar het carter en als je dan start met wat belasting door meer gasklep opening heb je kans om schade in de nokkenas lagering. Bijvoorbeeld de m117 v8 motor hadden hier last van nokkenas schade door slecht starten en dan werd er een beetje extra gas geven en dan aanslaan met hoger toerental waardoor schade kwam aan de nokkenassen
