the crank vent bottle is right next to the turbo so tie the drain into the turbo drain.. you can also put venturi into your exhaust but its a long way .. you really are doing a terrific job amazing how neat it is with so much stuff jamed in .
Thanks . Yes the venturi in the exhaust i thought about it . But long way and smoke exhaust. The line to go in the turbo drain is a possibility. But already very tight .
@@JMSpeedshop yeh it is very far because i believe it has to go in further down next to gear box because the exhaust is to hot and spiny / turbulent for the half a meter at least ..
Is there room to get spark plugs out on the turbo side? Also since there are tight spaces, does anything rattle to chassis from engine torque? Good looking project, how is this doing? I'm starting to turbo harge my 1999 e55
Engine is fully rebuild. But with different rods. And different headstuds. Also the ring cap is enlarged. My plan is to run around 700-750hp . Depends what the turbo will flow max. I expect to need around 1.3-1.4 bar boost
it seems that the connection of the breather is wrong, as far as I remember, the inlet is at the bottom and the outlet is at the top. apparently my memory is not good, after all there are arrows pointing the direction😂 provent2 200 has the inlet at the bottom
Oem this is non return fuel system. The fuel pressure regulator is in the fuel filter www.google.com/search?q=m112+fuel+pressure+regulator&client=ms-android-xiaomi-rvo3&prmd=isvn&sxsrf=APwXEdfhmnRfVCiIlFqpHz8GkoOQegTzQw:1684338809585&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&ved=2ahUKEwj507SD2_z-AhWDMewKHe0uASAQ_AUoAXoECAIQAQ&biw=393&bih=733&dpr=2.75#imgrc=5qT9iPJCJv3OkM
Thank you So how can i do i it I have to build fuel system with aftermarket parts How am i supposed to install aftermarket fuel pressure regulator I will have bosh 044 fuel pumps and swirl pot Can i take return From service valve where i can origiginally check fuel pressure ? Thank you in advance
@@JMSpeedshopSo i will not have any return line from engine but i will have empty return line from fuel pressure regulator i just have to connect vacuum line from the back of intake mainfold and that's it? will that work correctly?
You run the oem system from the link i send . Or you will run a return line but will have it from the fpr but also have the fuel feed to the fpr. And have a return less fuel rail
@@JMSpeedshop Again, translation, Google does not translate Russian slang? In short, you are going on the right course, comrade!!! Aesthetics suffer, but speed is not affected! I envy our dedication to the task!!! P.s. The literal translation sounds different, of course, but the meaning is the same...🤣👍
@@JMSpeedshop There will be questions, I hope for cooperation! I have a w203 toy, while the Carlsson M112 is under the hood, the M113 is in the garage, waiting in the wings, as is the rear differential with locking and automatic transmission. Slowly harnessing, driving fast... It's interesting to test old technologies, it's not interesting to buy new ones anymore!
