Two things: - the CD case cover you are using to paint over is a different one than the other one where you are measuring the resistance. Why ? - when someone asks you why their Fe2O3 powder is not conductive you say that the good one is Fe3O4, but when someone asks you why their Fe3O4 isn't working you say that the correct powder would be Fe2O3 ... So which one ?
Sometimes I was confused. The correct one is non magnetic iron oxide. The cd case which l painted at first was damaged. But the tested one in the video had the same conductive material.
It’s just a ferrofluid. Nothing special Shake the bottle then then the ferrofluid transfers magnetic force from the small magnets to the coil which then stores it as an inductor. This is called a faraday generator and is over 200 years old
I tried making this supercapacitor, and it was able to reach around 1.5 V, but it discharges incredibly quickly and I wasn't able to power anything with it. Any idea what may be the problem?
Well, it's a home made project not meant for home purpose coz if it's left unnoticeable for a long time it may explode and lead to serious consequences.
I saw many videos of batteries that you made that were legit. I did read you're comment on how you are just trying to put out you're invention but there are just to many red flags. First you don't explain what the liquid is. Second if tiny particles vibrate very fast they still make no magnetic field even if they are close to a magnet. The magnet has to move fast through the coil to make current flow. Also if you make current of any kind flow in the way you pretend it's happening it's alternating current yet you run all DC motors and light. And last but not least the voltage is just spot on with a lithium ion battery. You have such great videos on you're channel, why go for something like this? I know you get way more comments and therefore more traffic to you're channel but this definitely makes me skeptical and less likely to watch more of you're videos.
I got shocked 4 times after i disconected the tv ,and is an olt one ,on google says i can die doing that ,is a grundig tv dangerous 😳 ? Is a tube tv ,man that wasn't all power ? The 4 rd was thebiggest shock ,after that i don't wanted to do that again...
That is cool and doable, now I would be highly interested in how to make a large rechargeable iron oxide battery (55 gallon barrel) that would run 110 volt 10 - 200 amp appliances in case the grid goes out. And how long it could run one 10 amp appliance, then just 50 amp appliances, then the time it would last running 200 amps at once. I know hardly anything about electrical things, so if you make it, a lot of detail and simple instructions. Also, that could be expanded by simply adding more identical units by its' side to double or more how long it held a charge.
There is one more way to test the graphene you produced is that you combine a small amount of it with epoxy and test the strength and conductivity. First test a pure epoxy object preferably a rod then make two more with the same size/shape with one mixed with graphite and another with this graphene. it would be very helpful if you could try it and tell us about the result.
@@joyofelectronics9782 I thought of a similar but different method but I do wonder if your method could out perform mine. Thank you for the video by the way and thank you for replying.
Honestly take the time to really learn about what your doing... When you truley understand something you will find yourself making great discoveries instead if just copying what others have shown you
Itsot a fake video i make these but you say its a super capacitor, yet the coatings on the electrodes are different which polarises them... 2 polarised electrodes and an electrolyte is a battery... B...A...T...T...E...R...Y not a capacitor... A capacitor requires a seperator that prevents electrical current... This is a chemical resistor aka chemical battery jeez... Study what a battery is and then a capacitor and make your own minds up... Nice battery though. They coat the metal to protect it from corrosion from the electrolytic chemicals as they are highly charged which makes most of them acidic... Acids placed inside a plastic beaker xan dissolve metal but nit the beaker... Thats why they coat the metal, graphite and oxides mix well with reains to make them conductive and if you mix different metals into the mixrures you can produce non corrodible polarised electrodes... By adding the graphite the charge rate is halfed and the potential voltage output doubled although as i have found in my own tests upto just over 2 volts can be charged onto these graphite based conductors if overcharged
Here's a good one to try.... Using polyurethane make 2 different mixtures one containing graphite and one conductive aluminium powder(the finer the better). Then with the mixtures make 2 conductive strips one from the graphite one from the aluminium and when they are dry tape a wire to each one... Then add the separator and electrolyte(do not over saturated) and roll it up the same... The rubber conductors are already polarised so it should give off a pre charged current with uptona 1.2v potential and a considerable amount of amps... The idea of this is to make less or virtually non corrosive conductors which means stronger electrolytes can be used... Iv found ash especially cigarette ash to be a great electrolyte with less corrosion rate than sodium chloride, blood too is unbelievable stuff and you might be surprised to hear that tests with semen have proved to be quite shocking... Blood will still corrode but at a very very slow rate, while other bodily fluids don't seem to cause any corrosion,
Thanks for sharing this as your video really does cut through the bs... I don't get quite why they call it a super capacitor though... As the paper acts as an electrolytic layer in a battery with the copper and graphite acting as polarised conductors so technically it's a battery... Using the graphite just obviously means it will charge faster as graphite is practically a room temperature superconductor that doubles voltage potential from my tests... I'd like to also mention that I saw a test carried out with a block of magnesium carbonate... It was compressed into a brick shape... Placed inside a container full of water at least 8 times the size of the brick... Once the MC had absorbed all the water they broke the brick open and found only a few mm at the bottom of the brick contained all that water... That's gym chalk ! Magnesium is not only conductive but also holds alot of capacitance from what iv read. Thanks for your time 🙏
