That’s a hose pick, if you have a stuck on hose, stick that tool in and roll it around on the inside to loosen the rubber hose from the pipe it’s stuck to
My g29 would take off faster than ever before at just part throttle then surge at part throttle. It passed the push test, it had lots of resistance. I lifted the seat and tapped the passenger side of the motor several times with a steel hammer. Worked fine after that which says the brushes were sticking. Thanks bruh !!!!!

New to your channel mate but just wanted to say you’ve done an awesome job putting life back in this old girl. Awesome to watch and really enjoy your channel. 🍻
About 1 hr 35 min our host was guessing a ute as a 40s model but those wrap around corner windscreens were never perfected to the mid 50s and that was a ute so it would have been a 55-56 Ford Mainline also going by the side flashing just forward of the rear wheel. But a very good vid down memory lane.
Shitty but original, just how I like it Michael 👍🏾🇦🇺 That issue that you had with the indicator made me think about the problem that I was having with my VS Ute . Was doing the exact same thing. I didn’t think to see if they were all working and they weren’t so thanks for that.
valiant 60s 70s pick ups were the work horses in south africa and Rhodesia. few barracudas were around .1970s TRAX car factory made jeeps 4x2 and used valiant engines gear boxes front suspension and rear axles imported new from oz .
Gday mick just a question for ya,I was watching you clean fuel tank on hq wagon with hydrochloric acid and water, can same mix be used to run thru a 202 and radiator to get rust out of block and radiator ? .thankyou chris from adelaide.
Gday mick, how are ya? I was just watching you doing the vb commodore, just wondering what the polished wheels you had on it called? And what size were they for front and back. I need a set for my eh and fx ute
Hello Mick, Love the way your putting these old cars back on the road. I have watched all your videos and you have talent ,very skillful and you remind me of me when i was younger. I did a few HQ's when i was young and they turned out pretty good. Can't wait to see your next video ,,Please make it soon. Stay safe .
I'm thinking a great side line business would be , You ship these vehicles to Canada or the US. I would love to have this vehicle in Canada. Was this vehicle available in V8?
I think I know what happened to that muffler. Back fire yes! Likely not from timing, not enough fuel in the exhaust to cause an explosion. With a carb and manual trans, going down the road at highway speed and your motor stalls for ignition problem, takes you a bit to realize your dropping speed, radio turned up! All that fuel is being pumped into the exhaust. I had it happen to me as a teenager in my 74 Gremlin . Pulled over, fixed my coil wire, went to start it up and BANG! I thought a shotgun went off. Got out to figure out what happened. Seen rocks blown away around the tail pipe. Looked underneath , my new muffler was swelled up😂😂😂 That's when I figured it out 😅
Well bugga meick just ran into your lively family at Whitfords shopping centre Perth ! What a spin, had me speechless! Anyway more than welcome to come over for a beer and talk cars. Keep up the good work, love the show. Cheers Macca

Hey mick ,love watching your videos mate, just wish there were more of them lol,all good tho mick,it's always worth the wait except walking thru the junkyards but that's only my opinion. I wish I had half your knowledge about cars . Good work mick, thanks for your entertaining videos mate.
I have a 96 XH XR6 blue ute , i believe i haven't been hard on her , it's Hanging there , Wish i was a mechanic , cool watching you save her , she look's Ruff
Hey mate, you probably already know this, but I have a linseeded ute, there’s a product called penetrol flood, it’s at Bunnings. It’s 50/50 linseed oil and fancy chemicals. The sheen lasts way longer than just linseed oil, and your rags don’t catch on fire which is good
Can't believe the difference wheels and dropping the ride height make. I had a mate order a brand new XF I think it was manuel with a carburettor engine. EFI was the big thing and he had a time getting one.
Mick I’ve missed a year mate I had to refresh and catch up 😂 on night shift this week and got the blokes watching they hate me , but I’m the oldest so they give me a good go on the tv 😊anyway you’re got new fans now and the don’t even know it . Keep your legs together mick . Cheers Robbo B first Responders 👍
Had a '79 2 door Corolla when I was 16. It was 1.3 litre, auto. Dad said he wasn't worried about me driving it because I could only go zero to 100kms in 30 seconds....
Im restoring an escort panel van and a HD holden pretty much with what ive learned from this channel. Also I've bought after market pans so ill make sure to repaint them before i wack em in, thanks for that
Try running a rag under the window winder. The clip usually gets caught up in the rag.✌️ as u get the rag under hold some pressure up on the clip hold still and wind the handle..
