Im maltese, the pommies are idiots for not integrating it - mint off was not a nice person - it may not be such a corrupt shithole if it was still managed by UK.
The politics with the hypocracy of high position in management of Air Malta plc to keep their position of power had lead Air Malta to shut down. My experience in Air Malta confirms such hypocracy of high management as my responsibilities in investments wherein I have earned interest equivalent to half the salaries of 1200 employees, confirms the financial situation of Air Malta. Air Malta plc used to finance tourism in the exchange rate of the sterling against the Maltese lira. The hypocracy in high management has sent Air Malta to shut down. MTA can confirm this or at least reply to me to the several emails and registered letters that I have sent to them but till todate they have never replied since year 2020. So I am still requesting JUSTICE to my earnings to Air Malta plc and also to the injustices that have been created to my beloved and passed away of my brother who have been discriminated with unjustities that have been created by the highest position in management. I am still waiting from MTA JUSTTICE. THIS CAN BE SENT TO MTA ALSO.
Air Malta plc was shut due to exaggerated hypocracy of high position in management. I confirm this from my experience of 33 years with Air Malta and my experience in the PORTOFOLIO management between June 1989 till May 1997 confirms this hypocracy in top management. Air Malta had financed tourism and my ACHIEVMENTS in this PORTOFOLIO earning 4 million Maltese interest at that time was equivalent to half the total salaries of 1200 employees but unfortunately my abilities were never respected although I had taught 3 recruitments with higher positions. This is the truth and I am still waiting for JUSTICE from the board of MTA of June 2020.
I really hope that system of more seats to No. 1's doesn't happen here. It might fix forming a government, but it would tragically at the scales against every other party.
This a *very intrigueimg* and *informative* video BUT whar I dare asked is what did any of these poliical parties do about the (Italian) pollution in the Maltese language?
I presume you're talking how Maltese is mixing with other languages. Firstly, in the video you could see how the North was popular amongst more affluent people, and mostly British. This was like that for many years, so it was the same with the French, Romans (who spoke Latin) and practically most other wealthy people living there. The Maltese who lived there had good connections with these foreign people, and spoke more English and Italian than Maltese. It was also very evident in WW2 when Maltese was considered a "poor, dirty" language. Though when everyone mixed up again, English, Italian and Maltese all merged.
I listened to this podcast with great attention and also did my own research. I say that the Labour Party was wrong in asking for Integration. What the Nationalist Party asked for, that is, Independence, was the correct way forward for Malta. Giorgio Borg Olivier was right in insisting on Independence and this was thanks to the Nationalist Party's merits. Unfortunately, regarding the independence referendum, the Labour Party directed its adherents to vote no. The Labour Party was once again wrong.
Their ideology may be very alike but from what I am witnessing, judging from the last government headed by the Nationalist Party and the current government headed by the Labour Party, Malta is doing well financially but on the corruption scale, the divergence between both political parties is very wide. None of the politicians are saints. That is for sure, but the assassination of a journalist with politicians' involvement, the electrogas scandal and the Maltese hospital fraud which saw Malta being robbed of 4000,000,000 Euro is something to consider. As history has always reminded us, once again, the time has come when we urgently need a change.
Goes on to show how delusional fucktards can politicians get drowning in their sea of success Failing to forsee the future outcome. Integrating Malta into the UK would have given them a pivotal position in the Mediterranean and would have further boosted their economy by adding revenues earned from Maltas vibrant tourism
And what's more, the Property Price to Income Ratio in Malta is too high, which could be very discouraging for young couple considering having children.

Vidjo ferm interessanti u nformattiv! Proset tassew! Forsi rimarka żgħira, "reat" hekk tinkiteb mhux "rejat" (Dizzjunarju t' Aquilina) (1:15 - Infatti miktubha tajba fit-2.33). Forsi kumment ieħor, la n-narrazzjoni kienet bil-Malti, mela allura għaliex il-liġi kkwotatha fil-vidjo qegħedha bl-Ingliż? Anki l-għeluq għaliex bl-Ingliż? Nispera li dawn il-kummenti ma kienux wisq negattivi, naf li biex tgħamel vidjo anke jekk qasir jirrikjedi ħafna xogħol. U għalhekk nerġgħa ngħalaq bi proset tassew :)
Nibdew billi nirringrazzjawk ta' dawn il-kummenti li tfajtilna hawn. Rigward il-partijiet bl-Ingliż, dan sar prinċiparjament sabiex inkunu nistgħu nimxu ma' xi regolamenti ta' RU-vid. Ovvjament, l-iżball tal-ortografija hu wieħed li qabżilna aħna u nagħmlu l-produzzjoni. I am strongly against quotas in every field. Quotas are deeply unfair since they, in general, allow someone something that he/she does not deserve. In this context, I don't see a point to make 40% members of parliament of one sex since that led to only 20% of MP's being democratically elected. This is even more obvious in the countries where candidate lists have more candidates (than 5 like in Malta). This "solution" also serve as an excuse for solving "a problem". The first of all, I don't see it as a problem for parliament to be constituted of MPs of whatever sex. Everything from 100% males to 100% females is OK to me as long as MPs are elected in a democratic manner. The second of all, quotas are very problematic. In addition to what I've already said, it is possible to concieve that some job (politics in this example) is not equally interested to members of both sexes giving the chance to a person of less interested sex additional advantage. In my case, female are far more interested in working in the field I work, so the quota system would give me, as a male, unfair advantage. In politics the situation is, obviously, the opposite. Instead of "solving a problem" by inflicted even more injustice, the appropriate approach is to animate people of both sexes to get involved in what they consider interesting to them. Whether that would result in 50:50 division or not is irrelevant. What is important is that everyone has the same chances regardless of sex (or any other characteristics). That being said, I see that, besides the women more often study than men and besides, what is extremely, over 80% of students of chemistry are female, there are still efforts in place that would bring even more female students to choose STEM areas which is obviously ridiculous.
gender quotas might sound nice now within a binary gender system but wait till american academic influence takes over your country and people start talking about infinite amount of hypothetical genders, how are you gonna establish quotas then?
Nooooo we did t made them god just we know who realy love malta and who realyyyy thinl or the poor. If the pn was the government already had high bill of flue gas and electricity. With pl we can see where our money goes.pn already said other country had high gas flur and electricity then even malta will have high gas etc.. The pn did t tell us that they higher thier wages by 500 euro in a week and us people gave us 1.75 cent every 4 week
Bailouts haven't worked before and they won't now. Airmalta must be sold to a private entity if malt is to make airtravel affordable. State funded monopolies always become a political failure and eventually do get privatized. Private companies can hire and fire people and it is standard practice. Government cannot do such a thing with ease, which makes such state funded businesses very uncompetitive internationally. This will be 290M euros wasted as we eventually will end up with a foreign company running this airport since nobody Maltese can afford it.
So fascinating, always wondered how and why such a strong divide came to be on such a tiny island, but never found enough information online regarding this. Props to you guys, keep up the excellent work!
