This is helpful thank you so much, but what about snagging, no one ever talks about that. I’ve purchased four bath towels in the last few years & every single one snagged right off the bat. In contrast, although they look old now, my BB&B Wamsutta’s from 23 years ago have nearly zero snags. At this point I don’t mind a larger investment, even a hotel luxury brand since I only need 2-4 bath towels, but really just want to find ones that won’t snag. Can you (or anyone reading this) please steer me the right direction? Thank you.
I made the mistake of purchasing bath sheets that cost like $80 for two bath sheets. They have not stopped pilling! Such a huge disappointment. And I only bought these because the bath sheets I bought on eBay for 1/3 the price were no longer available.😮

These Luca Percale sheets are like a Brillo pad! Nooootttt soft at all! I bought Nocturne next and they weren’t as bad as Luca but still horribly scratchy! After washing each set three times still awful
