I found this site by accident and have to say ...I have been trying for a looong time to learn piano ...30 minutes each night for 3 nights did more for me than a year of messing around ...this is truly gold ...thank you sooo much...I am inspired.
Actually the pinky issue can be solved with strength.. I use the claw method as well but even if I play flat I can still get a strong note... That's how I play moonlight sonata lol 😅
That is way cool, got it. Bass Clef bottom note, Treble Clef Top note. The rest are 3rds, 5ths or 7ths in between, this works for any sheet music! Now, if I could only get my fat fingers to obey, rebel scum.

I am primarily a Bass player, but this lesson alone helped me figure out what the keyboard player was doing. (stay off my bass notes hahaha). Honestly, it helps me appreciate what the other band members are doing, and hearing. Thank you.
okay, i am back...i got the chords for the chorus of Zach Brown "Ain't in no hurry" G, A, D, B, F# and I am either entirely tone def or they don't sound right at all. For those trying this if you are entirely new to piano like me it took about of week of practicing the chords to be able to do them kind of well in sequence.
