Yes, the only difference between 3 and 5 is in project online. And only in some cases regarding some features. You can shurely use plan 3 and do all the things you want.

Great explanation. I am wondering if Project for the Web has some feature, integration, or customization to manage the timesheets that are required to report on a project. Project online has this feature and there are many apps to capture time but they are not integrated with Projects. I will appreciate if you shed a light on this.

Are there any safeguards in Project for the web that prevent team members from deleting tasks? I'd like to restrict it so that only the Project owners can delete tasks. I can't find any online help about this. If it's not possible to do this, is there an audit trail which records who deleted a task? And is there a means of restoring a deleted task? I know that Planner doesn't have any of these controls (which makes it unusable for us). I'm hoping that Project, as a paid app, has better management tools, but am starting to worry that this isn't the case.

Great presentation, but would have been nice to see a review of the Filters functionality. Unfortunately it is not an easy task to filter according to the "New Columns" categories you created in this presentation. In fact, it seems the only "tag" available for all Tasks / Summary Tasks is the "Labels" tag. You cannot, as far as I can see, create different sets of labels, and Buckets/Assigned To can only be applied to Tasks (not Summary Tasks) so you really are limited to the 25 colors in the Labels for top-level filtering for reports. You can rename the colors, but still not very useful if you need to be able to sort according to several independent tags, say Clients, Contractors, Locations, etc. Has anyone figured out a way around this?

Great overview, if I have say 15 projects, can Project provide summary reports showing the status and timeline of all 15 or is Project more or less used for managing projects one at a time? For example, Teamwork, has many overview reports showing status for all projects.

Hi, I was just starting to watch this video and I noticed a big problem. Being a UX Strategist couldn’t hold it. So I think you should work on your intro part of the video. First 20 Seconds of the video are the most important seconds to engage audience. It’s human nature, currently you’ve got 25-30 seconds of intro which isn’t the ideal way to engage with your audience. Create the intro somewhere between 5 sec to max 10 sec. I’ll watch the video and will list down the errors if I see any.
Hello. I was just curious if there was anyway to still access MR Project for the Web without an internet connection? Sometimes my organisations internet connection is not very reliable, so in those times where we don't have a connection, it would be great if we can still view (maybe not necessary to edit) the application. Embedding a Power BI Report - I would like to embed a "filtered" Power BI report within a Model-Driven app record form - example: on a Product form/record (product abc) --- I want to embed a Power BI report that only displays sales related to Product ABC. What is the best approach to accomplish?
