Hello thank you for the video it was very very insightful, Could you please help me just answering this case: I've started as a sales intern in this IT company, my task is to optimize the sales process,. their CRM is a complete mess" no product list, customers data is all around the place etc" so my first task was to create a form that the sales person would fill when he gets in touch with a customer to fill it and send it to the sales manager for qualification," Could you tell me if that is possible or not? and how please. I would appreciate any help.
