Yes my buddy modified his TRX4M a lot, with lots of heavy brass on it plus changed the motor and esc. It was capable little trail crawler can hang with my well modded TRX4 as well.
It's a school but we actually nicknamed this hallway the green mile because it's so long, the doors are green, parts of the wall is green and the floor linoleum is somewhat green. Is there some kinda tone, or agenda or sarcasm in your comment?
You might have to use different tool that would fit the hex and give you leverage to remove it...that's what tools are for. I used a mini socket screwdriver set.
Thanks. Lots of hiking to get up on this location in Vancouver Island where we are. Carrying the TRX-4 in a duffle bag is not as pleasant but worth it to get it running and film something because we don't in this location often.
I don't really recommend the Traxx that's why I sold this truck in the video. It looks cool but I prefer tires and wheels. Traxx are just niche or luxury items you don't really need or would use often.
It's a nice rig the Gen 8 Axe some areas it can perform and outclimb/crawl my TRX-4. But I think it's it's discontinued now, stores don't sell it anymore.
The Gen 8 Axe is quite great the motor, esc and servo are already top notch having Hobbywing 540 Axe brushless system. The only upgrades I did were the tires, wheels and inserts. Thanks for watching.
Tighten up the tie rods and there are two screws that are on either side of an open u shape up at the front on top and tightening those seemed to help a lot
I spent a lot of time driving the Lasernut in packed snow. I find it was better to wait for the streets to become packed. Once that happens, this thing can full throttle drift. We would drift into the driveway and had jumps built as well so it could launch down into the driveway while drifting! Super fun!
No i didn't get to fix it but sadly I had to sell it downsizing my fleet. I feel regrets thinking I might get one again but I think there's less parts support for it.
Quite well actually because it has more firm support rock crawling, side hilling etc. Search my latest videos of it in my channel with the Gen 8 Axe and TRX-4.
Yeah I was so surprised by it. I didn't have high expectations for it knowing that it's heavy. But it did quite well, the firmer pro-line foams helps. I'll go back to that spot abd bring couple other tires set like the Gmade MT-1904 and a modified Canyon Trails tires, I also have a pro-line 2.2 Badlands. See how the tires perform with different rigs.
Are your rear wheel hubcaps okay? I just bought new wheels and tires because my hubcaps were all broken. But it's still a lot of fun and my favorite vehicle.
