The online website service sucks...customer service non existent. Canada service providers overall are the worst n costly for family. Not really worth it. Better deals in other countries, even the US.
Absolute BS! I've been trying to contact them for days! Chat Bot is useless. I've bought 6 Premium flagship phones from them in the last 6 years and can't even get a message to them. They are the absolute embodiment of non-existent service. I can't even say bad service, it's NO service!
I’m behind this guy as well. I went with Kudo for many years now and had two lines active with my spouse and I at the time being we both went with postpaid options. They never treated us unfairly or anything recently I separated with my spouse and she’s with a different provider I stuck with Kudo and somehow they made an error Error and they made it. They said that you know we did something wrong and we cracked it and fix it for you so the lady said well we have to pay the whole new account but I’m doing so you have to do another credit check but we don’t want to do that so we’re gonna set you up on a prepaid plan For free. I ended up getting a free Sim card and up to three months free paid for a number that works good service for GT speeds not 5G doesn’t really matter, but I have unlimited Canada international texting Wi-Fi calling doesn’t seem to work with prepaid. It only works with postpaid but other than that I don’t really use the feature that often, but three months for free that’s pretty decent especially with a free Sim card as well. The plan they gave me is $35 a month for 60 gigs of data unlimited Canada calling anytime minutes international text for $35 a month and I get it for three months for free, they’re coverage is exactly the same as Telus The used Telus network. Telus is one of the biggest corporations in Terrace and Canada that is growing rapidly and poverty is one of the best providers and one of the known providers of Canada. Kudos just a cheaper alternative.
I have more complaints than you have time. Not one issue taken care of. The key one is not one device I bought through them has the proper qr scan. Not the three they put on the boxes inside and out. Before you even receive them and they print their own sticker and qr codes that don't work, right over the original qr code so you can't scan it. Not even the manual has the right qr code because koodo puts their own software on your device so it won't match the box. Is that even legal? Hmm 🤔
i took my broken phone in to one of their shops and i have been with them for over ten years,they send me out the door with it still broken.two months left owing .went to best buys and bought my own phone.then i get a bill from koodo for 500. i pay it.the next month i get a bill for175 ipay it and leave their company,and they asked me who i went with which i dont tell them then they sent me a bill for 1,130. for what????????
This video just popped up for me in August 2023. I have two questions. Do you still own this machine and how has it held up? I’m looking at buying my first quad next year and the MAXX is one of the front runners.
No I sold it after I test drove a CFMOTO. The outlander max was a good machine had a few issues with it. It all depends on what you are going to do with it. If you are into riding in deep mud then ya the outlander is what you will want. If you are looking for a touring machine then take a look at CFMOTO. The ride of a CFMOTO is more comfortable and the machine really holds up to every day abuse.
Koodo and Public Mobile are the two best sister mobile carriers in Canada. Telus in general is pretty good (the mother of the two), Bell has good reception like Telus but the customer service is atrocious, and Virgin mobile (one the daughters of Bell) is very sneaky when it comes to raising your bill without notice and while in contract, Lucky Mobile (the second daughter of Bell) it’s all right since it’s self serve but they don’t have very good deals.. and aren’t competitive .. Rogers>>Shaw Mobile>Fido>Chatr I don’t know much about these 4 but before Rogers inquired Shaw, Shaw used to have Shaw Mobile and Freedom Mobile. Freedom mobile went to Vidéotron, and Shaw Mobile went to Rogers. Vidéotron>Fizz Mobile (these two are mainly Quebec and Downeast)> Vidéotron recently bought Freedom Mobile from Shaw, and freedom mobile is mainly in city centres across Canada.. we also have several other carriers that piggyback off of the main 4 mentioned above, 7-Eleven has Speak Out (which I believe uses Rogers), PC mobile (Loblaws/Superstore) which runs off the bell network, Zoomer Mobile is owned by Rogers but it’s not advertised anywhere.. there’s a few other ones that I missed but don’t know off by heart… Petro mobile, I know the far north has satellite carrier that I don’t know much about, Saskatchewan has Sasktel as a competitor

I replaced my phone with Koodo. Said my plan would forward to the next phone. Liars. I had all inclusive long distance. It was not forwarded and my bill was through the roof. The rep straight up lied. Once you buy an overpriced phone with them your previous plan ends. I wish I had just turned around bought the phone throughAmazon at half the price and swapped the SIM card. These weasels charge you 50.00 to put the SIM card from previous phone. Call it an activation fee. Avoid these scammers at all costs. Kodoo would not reverse any charges and weren’t even interested to know the p o s that scammed me. Tells you everything. Avoid Kodoo !!!!!!!!!!!
Applied for Koodo online to save $50 activation fee, and they mail you the SIM card. What you don't know is while you are waiting for the postman to deliver your SIM, you are being charged for all the services you chose even though you can't use them until you get the SIM card. It was 8 days until I received my card and I was charged for services for those 8 days. If you need to speak to a human being, you need to schedule a call back with the robot assistant. 2 thumbs down.
Does your winch get in the way of the plow adjustment lever ? That’s my only complaint but I have a few hopeful solutions to fix this. Just curious if you ran into the same issue? I have tried the lever both ways and one way works better but still a real pain to swivel the plow.
They just forwarding my all calls to a strange number , I am unable to receive any call , and it is impossible to stop call forwarding in settings. And I even tried some codes that doesn't work too. Help me if anyone faced the same issues, I bought the Sim just 10 days , i tried every option . I came from India to canda with Indian galaxy M02S mobile , I even did data factory reset, but no relief, help me tech guys

When I tried calling Koodo they hung up on me twice and we’re just trying to make an account and pay our phone bill but the email code will not send so that’s why we were calling, it’s so frustrating any help here?
This comment section is appears to be a creation of a PR firm with the Koodo account instead of real comments. Highly praising or even moderately praising comment about Koodo . . . are all at the top of the queue. These are articulate, positive comments. Any negative comments about Koodo, are arranged at the bottom of comment list or inside comments about comments, out of sight . .. and all negative comments are written with poor grammar and sentence fragments . . . . so that these comments seem of lesser intelligence and less valid. i have a 2004 Qwest Max and its is the best machine i have owned.. I just do the gen maintenance yearly and the total every two years. I have pulled Elk deer Logs trailers and all kind of thing with this thing. We have even named him Buddy.. he runs great and will be the last one I own. I will keep him running as long as I can and hand him down in the family.. Very nice.. Long wheel base is much better than the short.. Very Nice ...
Can am outlander 650 is a piece of junk. Electrical issues ever since it was off warranty with only 300 miles on it, ignition switch failed,headlights don't work, 4wd only engages when it feels like it and than won't disengage. This quad has never been on mud rally, lt is driven primarily by my 60 yr old wife puttering around the farm. Hate to say it but only a few days after buying it l wish l had stayed with Honda. Unless you love frustration do not buy a Can Am.
I’m in the mood for a new quad traded my 18 570 sportsman in towards a Kawasaki krx 1000 side by side and have missed it since gonna keep my side by side but looking at this in the 850 but because of the price difference I’m now considering the 650 in the max version cause I wanna ride double with my wife but the big part of me wants the 850 and considered settling for a single seater just to get the 850 but I know I really need the 2 seater that’s a great looking quad I know this video is a bit old would like to know how it’s still holding up I looked at a Honda but 10$k for 28 Hp just don’t seem like enough for quad for the money compared to this or outlanders other line up models
