I need help; I was in a front collision- the light was green for me; I saw a vehicle pull out then the light changed & I hit them. I hit the drivers door and injured the other passenger. I checked to see if he was ok; but I forgot to get his info. - I was in shock and forgot to go to the hospital to check on him. I didn’t take pictures. I want to help pay his hospital bills even though I don’t believe I was at fault. There was Fire EmS right there; thankfully & everyone in the emergency services was quick to help in the accident but we were both at fault.
My judge adressed the defandant by their first name, and there was overwhelming evidence in civil court of my ex parte order. I got told I was gonna be hung with a f****** noose if i quit my job and the person on the stand even admitted to making the threat, and now my case wont even show up on casenet!! This judge has swumg many cases for this person in the past and you can see on casenet that the judge always gives them their way. She admitted to threatening to hang me, and after that the judge gave her a line of questining to impose that she would never act on it, but that she did make the threat. Yet my protection order wont even show up on casenet now. Can I appeal this, or can I sue?

Hey, not related to this. But please reply. My girlfriend works in South Carolina as a waitress. They pay 2.13 an hour. Some nights she may make 100 dollars. But more often than not she barely comes home with anything. Some days, like today, she hasn’t even made one dollar in tips. Been there over 8hrs. She asked the owner for food and they said she had to pay for it. Which is fine. But the straw that broke the camels back for me. Bc they have been taking advantage of all the girls up there. They aren’t making minimum wage some nights. And sometimes not even making a dollar like tonight. According to my limited understanding on nights they don’t make money from tips, the owner is required to pay at least a minimum wage. If not it’s just slave labor at that point. This should be changed anyways in my opinion. But my question is, is it true that on nights they make nothing that the owner is obligated to pay them at least a minimum wage (which in South Carolina is only 7.25, ridiculously low I know) but better than nothing at all. I’m tired of them takin advantage of my girlfriend and am looking at a way for them to be held accountable. Making sure that that is law and they do have to pay a minimum wage.
