Are you telling me to talk to police and take roadside tests?? What other rights should I give up? Should I let them search my car too???

You can’t slur words if you don’t speak. The field tests are not passable. The field breath test is not accurate. At this point you will be arrested so plan on calling a lawyer at the station.

I have documented hearing issues and visual issues. And the Missouri laws are horrible.

So we get arrested even though we are not drinking. You said we would probably prevail in court. Where do we get the money to pay you and how much do you charge? How much is the towing charge? When the Tow truck driver steals my things and maybe a gun or two and nobody knows anything. How do I get my stuff (guns) back? How am I made whole because some mad cop throws' me in jail?
