Rawlings said i know a man cannot live perfect. Im not against Rawlings but i want to tell all you people out there who believes everything you hear that Jesus said be ye perfect even as my Father in Heaven is perfect. God told Abraham walk before me and be thou perfect. There are other scriptures i can give you to prove to you a Child of God can be perfect. Let me ask you a question can a man or women obey God if He tells you to do something? You will have to say yes. Then if thats true and we know it is then why did Jesus tell us to do something if we couldnt? A person who says you cant do something that God ask you to do is ignorant of God and His word. Take God at his word no matter what anyone else says just believe God and His word.
What do you mean preacher when you say job was'nt sinless . The Lord said he was a perfect man. Have you ever seen a perfect man who sins. Let me ask you a question? Do you have to sin? Of you say yes what sin is it that you think you have to do? Tell us anyone who wants to answer that question? The devil cant even make you sin. And you dont have to sin unless you just want to. The Lord told Abraham to walk before me and be thou perfect. Jesus said be perfect even as my Father in heaven is perfect. Do you think God has to sin? No He dont and you dont have to. People sin because they want to sin not because they have to.
A lot of Christians have bad attitudes. they think just because they are human they think its ok to go off on someone. Sorry But we are to even love our enemies . A lot of Christian tell the world you can be set free and then they carry a cig, In their mouth. How can we tell the world you can be free if youre not free your self? To many so called Christian look like the world ,talk like the world and act like the world. You tell me friend why should the world want anything you go if you live like that youre no different then the world. The bible says to come out from among the world and be different. Are you any different then the world? If not you have deceived your self thinking you are going to Heaven living like the world. Either be a real Christian and stop calling your self a Christian. A Christian is to be Christ like. Not devil like.
No it didnt say the pigs was possessed. When the devils went into the pigs they killed them selves they couldnt stand having a devil in them. Sad the pigs got more sense then a lot of humans because pigs wanted nothing to do with a devil they would rather be dead then to have a devil.

I keep coming back to this sermon. Dr. Ruckman had his struggles but Holy Spirit spoke through him nonetheless. A good lesson for us all. Every human in scripture was a sinner. Except one. He died for your sins. Jesus is Lord ✝️

IF, you have read the Bible you will find that GOD is love BUT HE also is angry with SIN, HE judges SIN and if GOD'S WORD runs over your feelings "Praise the LORD". I remember driving around with my Grandfather and him listening to this recording in the car. I've been trying to to find it for years, but couldn't remember the musicians involved. Glad to be able to listen to it once again.

I see where you're coming from. We are supposed to rebuke false apostate churches though. Ephesians 5:11 “And have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather reprove them.” Titus 1:13 “This witness is true. Wherefore rebuke them sharply, that they may be sound in the faith;”
@@Jesus_paid_it_all I said bashing other Christians not apostates, who aren’t Christians. Apostates aren’t believers and they have rejected the faith. And when we do need to rebuke or correct other believers it’s done in private and with a spirit of charity not with mockery and a smile on our face. The thing that’s repulsive in this video is the pride and haughtiness in the comment and the accusing of the brethren, that’s the work of Satan.
@@thirdplace3973 I'd agree with you brother (or sister?). There is definitely some pride, but there is nothing wrong with calling out wrong! 1 Timothy 5:20 “Them that sin rebuke before all, that others also may fear.”
I come to this video, maybe a couple times a year. Maybe some years, three or four times. Oh how I miss this fella. I sat on the marble bench, at the cemetery of the great *Landmark Baptist Temple,* not more than a month ago. Looking at the back of that church. Many many incredible memories our family had there. Many souls were led to the Lord, on that property, I believe it to be hallowed grounds. I'm sure some still are. The harvest is almost done. I cannot wait to see brother John, again. It can't be much longer. It just can't. Come quickly Lord Jesus! Rescue us out of this cesspool.
I was a student at Miami U in Oxford Ohio and lived in Dayton, OH, every weekend i would come home and on Sun evenings my parents would drive me back to campus, and on the way we always listened to the Landmark Hour, I even remember several programs , one being the first time they did that song, and the second program was when the Speer family did "The King Is Coming" wow, what great memories!
I believe in the pre-trib. rapture but I have not come across 1 born again believer that speaks the same mind as I do. I seriously think that there won’t be “millions” getting raptured but only ten thousands, like Enoch said “with ten thousands of His saints”. That’s it. Jesus Christ’s return is imminent and He is only coming for His own. It will be a “secret departure”, only His own will see Him.
I pray for all the people left behind... please pray for my father , my separated wife , my friends , other family members , my colleagues , my customers , the strangers on the internet , and all the people I've wronged in my life... all of whom I've shared the gospel to , or may not have had the guts to ; not sure if they believed with all their hearts (Romans 10:9 KJV) but I pray they find salvation in the Lord Jesus Christ during this terrible time if they're left behind ... remember... fear God , obey ALL his commandments , READ your KJV Bible , avoid the mark of the beast , and be willing to be beheaded for His name's sake if you want a chance to be in joy & peace after death with Him . I'm sorry to all left behind , but I'll be in heaven with my Creator , most likely getting a whooping by the Lord for the good & bad works I've done (2 Cor 5:10 KJV) , but definitely in a much better place . Now there is no church to bring people to. All I have seen are apostate. Including Baptist who have little popes and no elders. Is there a Church anywhere on Earth that goes by the Bible?
I was saved and baptisted 1/4/1970 under Dr. John Rawlings I so loved that man!!!! When my mom was in the hosptial he would bring his wife to the hospital and she would sit by my moms bed all day!!!
It's funny hearing Dr. John *now* on Saturday 5/27/2023 and hearing this short. How apropos. Almost like he "knew something," imagine that!!! I can just imagine what he'd say if he could see what we are seeing down here right now. Come quickly Lord Jesus!!!!

I was born in 1966 and the Landmark Baptist Temple and brother Rawlings were *literally* all I knew until "maybe" around 1978/79 when we left there. It was *stupid* "family stuff" as to why we had left. But even then, I found myself going back to Landmark as a young teen and adult on my own and even just going up there to the property and just sitting and reading my Bible and reminiscing....it's like I can *still see* soooo many images indelibly burned into my brain. *AMEN AMEN* *lol* I was just up there some months ago, I drive up there as the Holy Spirit leads me, there are many many folks I know buried up there too. I sit up there at Dr. John and his wife's grave, it's almost like you can still hear the noise!! *AMEN AMEN* What a work you're doing. Good stuff!!!! aahahahaa!!!!

I heard Pastor Ruckman preach on this in (I believe late 97 to early 98)......I don't know yet (because I haven't watched this) if this is the *exact* sermon. But everyone should have their letters or notes etc. etc. ready for those to find who come into your *empty abode.* Put them in your vehicles also. Because it's a coming and it's a coming *quickly.* *AMEN AMEN AMEN AMEN*
