Such a lovely workout! I am turning 44 this year and I have never experienced as much lower back pain as this year. I do know for a fact it is because I have become lazy to take care of my muscles and I don't do much stretching as I used to. This routine has made me feel instant relief and what makes it even better is it doesn't take a lot of time off my daily schedule. I am following you for more of your awesome vids. Did the step up things with a knee thrust in the gym this morning. So good for balance!! I sucked at it for the first few but got steadier (thankfully)😂
