His comment is more about what happened when Top Gear tried filming in Argentina. Nobody in the UK genuinely hates Argentina, but some Argentinians hate Brits, and the top gear filming crew had to leave the country because their lives were in danger

It's crazy that this car still exists and drives, Drivetribe brought it and Hammonds subaru from the Grand Tour rally special to car show near me last year and I got to see both of them, was pretty cool to get to see Oliver up close.
