@@lexinoelv it can but this restrictive of a mindset is very concerning. processed foods wont kill you and sometimes its good to feed your soul with some junk food! i hope you can get the help you need because this mindset seems very stressful!! i hope youre doing alright!
Girl, it has sugar because fruits contain natural sugar and regardless a fruit yogurt will contain sugar because fruit has sugar lol WTF are you on about?
ughhhh so true!!!! i grew up with my mom as a holistic health coach and have always ate really clean. So many people have accused me of having eating disorders or orthorexia just because i’m slim and eat well!! Like whattt is wrong with wanting to eat healthy and stay fit? I’ve never been concerned about my body image like thattt. I eat well to feel well! We live in a messed up society!!
Yep!! Sad reality we live in when eating real food is considered an eating disorder. When it should be the opposite… like eating fake food everyday is disordered! Props to your mom for teaching real food heals❤️
As a diabetic who has to eat lower carb stuff so I don’t die, just go with normal marshmallows. The sugar free ones are gross and have a weird cooling effect on your mouth. That being said now I want s’mores 😭😭😭
But the healthy ones taste like you’re drinking the fart of whatever the fruit flavor is lol I recently found this app called Yuka & you scan food or cosmetic products to see how good/bad they are, any hazardous chemicals, nutritional info. Some items have alternatives. It shows not everything organic is good & not everything non organic is bad. Still looking for a better soda alternative though. Been thinking about making my own syrup for homemade soda.
Try zevia!!! I would also be very cautious with using the app because they recommend a lot of ultra processed foods like cereal and do not recommend real food options like grass fed butter or meat:)
