Amazing story you make great content and I really connect to it I have mental health issues also your strong keep chasing your dreams and goals your a survivor you have inspired me so much to start eating healthy and your knowledge you could be a dietitian

i had the same problem with anemia too! i started not being able to run as good (legs burning and barely being able to run a mile) and i knew something was wrong so i went to doc and my hemoglobin was 6.7😵‍💫😵‍💫 started taking iron supplements and omg the difference it makes with a restored hemoglobin!!!

It wasnt boring, glad you shared. Glad to see you found a healthy relationship with food. Im transitioning from dr paul saladino to full carnivore currently. Just for a moment. I plan on going back on fruits after a bit. Also working on getting my cat on a carnivore diet haha

Oh thank you so very much. This really made my day. I was worried many people would just find this boring. Eating animal base has truly changed my life and I feel amazing. I’ve never gone full carnivore but maybe one day as a trial! Keep me updated and let me know how it goes!!!

@@lexinoelvalso quick tip, when recording, you might wanna stay from point the camera towards the window to prevent BackLighting. When back lit, the light from the behind makes it harder to see your face or give flares on your camera. Try position yourself to where the light is hitting the side of your face or at your face 🙏🏻
